About this property

Have this quaint studio suite to yourself in downtown Ashland, NH! We're offering a cozy stay in a creative suite, attached to our historical home. Walk everywhere you need to go from our Art BnB!

Located just ½ mile off I-93, this ground level in-law style apartment is part of a historic 1877 home on the main drag of town. Walk to local restaurants, a brewery, the supermarket, post office and Squam River. Right on Route 3, we are just minutes from Squam Lake, Plymouth State University and 20 minutes from skiing in the winter!

You will have a private entrance to your room, with your own driveway (except during snow season, when we park on the other side of the house...our driveway is a bit tricky!) Your room includes a double bed with clean linens and a mini kitchenette with a table for 2, coffee, tea, water, snacks in the mini fridge and a microwave. Enjoy the vintage charm of this colorfully decorated room, which includes games, reliable wifi, a TV and sitting space.
