Located in historic downtown Ocean City, Just Beachy at 15th is one of OC’s genuine family beach homes. This single family beach home recently underwent a full renovation. While vacationing with us, you’ll find all the charm and tradition of an Ocean City beach home, while enjoying all of today's comfort and design . This family rental will be a place you’ll want to revisit for years to come. Just Beachy....your beach house in Ocean City!

About The Units:

Just Beachy consists of 2 spacious spots - First, second and third floor.

JB 1(K,Q,QT) is located on the first floor of the home. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a living room, dining room and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into a dining room with seating for up to 10. The spacious living room has ample room to gather for movies and games. This floor sleeps 7 and has parking for 2 cars.

JB 2 (K,QT,Q)
is located on the second floor of the home. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a living room, dining room and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into a dining room with seating for up to 10. The spacious living room has ample room to gather for movies and games. This floor sleeps 7 and has parking for 2 cars.

JB Annex ( QT,QQ)
is located on the third floor of the home. It has adds 2 bedrooms JB first and second floor to make 8 bedrooms.

Flexible Floor Plan:

Coming with a large group? A combination of Units 1, 2 and/or 3 can be connected into one large unit for 6-8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Just Beachy will be rented to only one family at a time .

Downtown Location:

Just Beachy at 15th is just 2 short blocks from the famous Ocean City boardwalk and beach. Spend your days exploring the shops, rides and attractions, or sun bathing and swimming on our safe, clean, free beach. We are conveniently located right next to a crosswalk, so getting back and forth throughout your stay is safe and easy. There is a bus stop close by and a trolley located on the boardwalk if you'd like to leave your cars in the provided parking spots while you explore OC. We are also very close to Jet Ski and pontoon boat rentals, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises, miniature golf and so much more. Want to stay in and relax? Watch the sunrise or the sunset from our spacious porches. There is also a back yard with room for your favorite family games.

Family concert getaway
We enjoyed our stay the house was clean we loved the front porch. The only downside is the third floor is not connected from the inside of the house but we made the best of it.

Overall stay was incredible. House was very clean. It was exactly as advertised. Not one thing to complain about. This was our 1st time in OCMD and it surely would not be my last.

Thank you for a great place to stay! Everything was as promised. Wifi was difficult to connect to which made working remote a little challenging, so suggest a hot spot if wifi will be a must!

Family Celebration
The house is just as advertised. Lots of room and very close to the beach and boardwalk at 15th Ave. The 2 covered porches were deep and comfy to sit out on even during our rainy stay. 2 front doors lead to 2 fully equipped units one on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor. They are laid out the same. You can reach the 3rd floor by going out on the covered deck from the 2nd floor. Delightful attic space with additional beds up there as well. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of them with many configurations to make room for a large family gathering. The couches in both living rooms were comfortable and again configured to suit a large family get together. We weren't able to use it, but there was a grassy area and grill available. Plenty of designated parking. I would highly recommend if looking for a comfortable place to host a large gathering. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a wonderful stay. House was close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Would definitely recommend this house to others. The floor plan seemed a little odd at first but within the first hour fell in love with its charm.

Great family getaway
Very nice, and sufficient for our needs. Great location near a nice area of the beach and boardwalk. Crossing Philadelphia avenue was not a problem with the light and crosswalk. CVS is so close for whatever you forgot or run out of! Julie was easy to work with, and answered our questions promptly. While the “rinse off hose” at the house is out of order at the moment, (no fault of management), there is a public rinsing station right where you leave the beach. Plenty of hot water at the house, which mattered to my crew of extended family. We enjoyed the large kitchens, multiple bathrooms and relaxing porches where we enjoyed the morning and evening breeze. Even the “have to go outside to reach a different level” issue was NOT an issue. It’s all under cover as you leave one level to reach the next. The beds were comfortable and there are plenty of them. Thanks for an enjoyable week!

This house is perfect for a group! Plenty of room to spread out or come together! Julie was wonderful to communicate with. We would definitely come back! The location is EXCELLENT! Close to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and mini golf! Walkable to everything you could possibly need!

Just Beachy highly recommend for Girl Scout Troops
Our girl scout troop highly recommends Just Beachy as a place to stay. We rented all 3 bungalows of the house and it was amazing. The walk to the boardwalk, beach, and boardwalk trolley was just a couple mins walk. The porch was very comfortable to sit on a people watch after a long day on the beach. We have 22 people stay with us and there was enough beds for everyone to get a bed. 10 of our girls had never seen the ocean and Ocean City and Assategae Island Beach was an amazing experience for them. Thank you Julie for an amazing house for us to stay at.

This property is located between the bay and the ocean on 15th street. Being close to the boardwalk was excellent for both the young and older members of our group. The house is big and can accommodate a large group. We had 15 people who were pleased with their rooms. The top floor is lacking a bathroom so you actually have to go down the stairs and outside the house to get to the lower floors bathroom. This was no an issue and the younger people in our group liked their private space. Overall the house was really nice and the location was terrific.

This house was great for hosting 16 people. Everyone was able to have their own bed. The house itself is also pretty distanced from other houses in the area and we didn’t have to worry about being as loud. Would recommend for large groups! Also had an easy check-in and check-out process.
