It is a beautiful well maintained condominium association with two pools, two Jacuzzis, ping-pong, miniature golf, Koi pond, beautifully landscaped walking paths, laundry rooms, gated parking garage with 24 hour security and a large recreation room featuring billiards, foosball table, and work-out room with updated machines, and saunas. North Coast Village is ideally located with easy access to Interstate 5 for many attractions: approximately 15 minutes to Lego Land, 30-40 minutes to San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and about an hour to Disneyland, California Adventure, & Knott’s Berry Farm
