Modern 5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom

Welcome to your new favorite vacation rental! Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood 40 minutes from Orlando international airport with no back neighbors. We have furnished and designed this home like our own. Our home includes 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pool and a short distance to Disney! The master king bedroom is located downstairs with its own private bathroom, it has a walk in shower, large tub to soak in after those long days at the parks, phis and hers sinks, private toilet and large walk in closet. There is a second queen room also located downstairs and an additional bathroom with shower. The formal dining area has seating for 6 for those special meals or to gather and play games while having a relaxing day at the villa. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need during your stay, it has a large split fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, microwave and Keurig for those morning coffees. Just off the kitchen is another smaller dining area that seats 4 and a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. The living area has plenty of seating for the family to enjoy watching movies on the large wall mounted TV. Upstairs are the additional 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The first full bedroom is all set ready for a princess with a roku tv, the second queen bedroom has a tv and Xbox ready for those gamers, the third queen bedroom has a tv and Xbox. The upstairs bathroom has a tub and with shower. The home has a spacious pool deck and large pool to enjoy and have fun in and in the evenings you can relax and watch the fireworks from Disney. The garage has been transform in to a games room with a pool table, air hockey table and hockey net and sticks. At the back of the home is a park for the kids to enjoy with a playground and basketball court and a lake for fishing. If traveling with small children, we have a crib, pack and play, high chair and stroller all in the home ready for use!

A welcome pack is supplied with basic starter products for you to use during your stay.

Early check-ins/late check-outs are a available subject to availability with pre-approval from owner.

Pool heat is an additional $25 dollars daily. Please message me if interested.

Time with local family

Communication with owner great. Checkin process also fine. Good location. Nice home. Some small details needing help shared with owner, but did not affect us from having a nice trip. Would recommend a 3-ring binder giving needed information, including check out direction, emergency numbers(if it became needed), some Guidance on TV operation(including Roku), but overall nice place in a great location.

Baseball

The stay was for a baseball tournament. Super close to field - 4 minutes away from Northeast Regional Park. House was clean and roomy but had a few areas that need some improvement.

Nicely kept home

The house was a nice home with a nice pool. The bugs in Florida were a little much while we were there constantly finding their way inside - well the beetles were able to get in. Our host was very helpful and responsive to all contact I made with her. When we booked the house, there wasn’t anything construction wise going on, but by the time we arrived the tub in the master bathroom had been removed due to a crack. With the tub gone it left some space for ants to enter from the outside. The property manager had the bathroom sprayed for us and that took care of the issue. The bedrooms were nice and well taken care of. The remotes for the TV’s were not marked and it made it difficult to figure out which remote worked which tv. This wasn’t a total downfall as it required everyone to actually spend time together and with 2 teenagers that doesn’t often happen. I would rent from Jenn again as she was so very pleasant to work with and the house was in the quietest neighborhood but close enough to everything we were interested in doing.

Baseball Families…

If anyone is looking to book for a baseball tournament at the NERP park, this is your house. The pool overlooks the fields and at night you can swim and watch some baseball. The house is huge and perfect for families. The host was very responsive and friendly. Thanks again,

Beautiful Home and Great owners.

I will start with complimenting the owners of the home first and foremost because I actually had a death in my family just before it was time for my vacation. Before my grandfather passed I was a wreck trying to make a decision about vacation as he had a sudden unexpected decline in health. As I was crying over decision making Jenn was kind and compassionate. She worked with me so we were still able to have our vacation after the passing of my grandfather. The home had plenty of room for my big family and the kids loved the pool and it was very clean. Location is good from the parks. Occasional congestion with traffic but nothing too bad that we didn't get back and forth in good time. I highly recommend this home for your trip!

Very comfortable family home

We had an absolute blast. The house was perfect and very clean. The host was very responsive and even allowed us to check in early since we had a earlier flight. Very clean home. We added the heating to the pool which was totally worth it! Will definitely be back.

Spring break

We stayed here for spring break and overall enjoyed our stay. When we arrived, the alarm code didn’t work correctly (or user error) so it took quite a long time to get it to shut off. Having a heads up the alarm would be set with some instructions would have been helpful. The pool area was nice enough for what we needed it for. The kids, 5 and 8, spent a lot of time out there. There is a baseball complex right behind the house and there was a game going on almost all the time so it was a bit loud, but not bothersome. The house was clean overall but could have used some extra attention in some areas in the bathrooms. We also had to kill a few big bugs who found their way in the house. There was plenty of room for our family and the beds were comfortable. A few minor house repairs are needed - some light fixture issues and the master bathroom shower door wasn’t working properly. The kids loved being able to see the fireworks every night at magic kingdom from the backyard. That was a big plus. Overall, a good stay and would return. Thanks!

Everything was perfect . Not on the busy parts of town so we didn’t feel overwhelmed. House was super clean , roomie and Jen was excellent with communication. The pool was perfect as well . Definitely would do it again !!!

Great House & Location

The house is fantastic for multiple reasons. Jenn was great to work with as she was extremely quick to respond and helped throughout our stay in regards to anything that came up. The location is great as you are a short drive to a lot of the Orlando attractions and there is a large County Park behind the house for exercise or kids to play. The house was clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy multiple days without needing to leave. Overall it was a great stay, and house and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Orlando area.

Beautiful property and location with a running/walking trail and awesome park in the backyard! Very spacious and adds privacy in between guests bedrooms! Jenn was VERY pleasant and accommodating to deal with! Beautifully decorated and very updated! We will definitely be back. One of our better Vrbo finds for sure.

Great house for family!!

We really enjoyed our vacation. House looks even better than pictures shown. The pool is nice size and water was warm so we had a lot of fun there. Emma and Rob were always helpful when we need it. For sure we will be back there.

Far exceeded our expectations!

We had an amazing stay here! Very nice, very clean and everything is updated. We have stayed in many properties over the years and this was one of the nicest we’ve been in. The owner was extremely flexible with us and very accessible. Any time we had a question she was easy to get a hold of within a few minutes. The house has great space and a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. All the bedrooms are modern and nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend this property!

A beautiful and comfortable home away from home.

As soon I pulled into the driveway I could tell how beautiful the house would be. We walked inside and it feels just like home. It’s conveniently located to everything, has all the amenities needed. It was very clean and whenever i needed anything and had questions the owner responded back to me right away. My family of 10 stayed and it was prefect space for all of us. We will definitely go back.
