Quiet Street.- 1950's Charming 2 Bdrm House Close to Downtown, Civic, Bethel
You’ll love our place because it's on a quiet tree lined street in the desirable Garden Tract. Walking distance to downtown, Civic Center, Turtle Bay, Sundial Bridge, and the River Trails. 8 minute drive to Bethel Church. This is an older home that has been renovated. It still needs some updates but it is a great little house if you aren't too picky about everything being modern or brand new.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families for 30 night minimum stay.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 twin size bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
There is a 2nd studio apartment unit on the back of the property that is also available for rent should you need it for larger groups.

Hello, we are relatively new to Northern California seeking a new adventure in life and days in the sun. Originally from NW Washington where we enjoyed hiking, fishing, crabbing, skiing and traveling with our kids. We are now excited to enjoy all that the Redding area and Northern California offers. One of our favorite activities is swimming at Whiskeytown Lake which is only 10 minutes from our home. We feel blessed to be living in such a beautiful place. Our 'go to' travel spot is San Diego
