This charming 2,300-square-foot farmhouse in the heart of Dowagiac, Michigan seamlessly blends historic character with modern comfort. Built 130 years ago and thoughtfully renovated in 2022, it features four beautifully curated bedrooms—each with stunning views of the surrounding gardens and expansive farmland. Every room is designed with care, offering a cozy, upscale feel that looks straight out of a magazine. The primary suite includes a gas fireplace that turns on with the flick of a switch and a TV for restful evenings, while the bunk bedroom boasts a sweet sitting area with its own TV—perfect for relaxing or entertaining little ones. The first-floor bedroom is full of charm and personality, showcasing original features like gorgeous pocket doors that speak to the home’s rich history. While the quaint twin bedroom is country-inspired in red, white, and blue.

At the heart of the home is the show-stopping farmhouse kitchen—a design-lover’s dream.
