Welcome to our new Encore Resort Executive Style home next door to Disney and minutes from Universal, Reunion golf courses, and other Orlando area attractions. Our home is not managed by one of the big property management companies that tack on hidden fees, provide generic supplies, and move you to a different property without prior notice when you arrive. Our home is just that...a home. It has personal touches, and products to make your stay truly like being in a home away from home. With 9 bedrooms including a mix of king, queen, twin, and full beds, this luxury retreat sleeps up to 22 guests and offers a variety of sleeping arrangements. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, an outdoor gas grill kitchen (we start you with a tank of propane for no extra charge), heated pool and spa (without charging you $60 a night!), watching your favorite movies in the living room on the 100" flat screen tv or in the upstairs movie lounge (DirecTV connected to all tvs in common areas and all bedrooms), relaxing on your private backyard pergola while you enjoy the view of the pond during the day or the Disney fireworks in the evening. The fully equipped kitchen includes 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, new Henckels cookware, Corelle dining services, new flatware, and new glassware. The kitchen provides dining seating for 20 guests. Outside, there is dining seating for 20 guests with additional seating for 18 on the patio, pergola and pool deck. Pictures soon to come showing the newly remodeled Harry Potter 1st floor dorm bedroom, bathroom and hallway and the newly equipped gameroom with a new pool table and video gaming. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor for guests who have mobility concerns. Our home is in the secure Encore gated resort with 24 hour Security surveillance. With quiet time enforced by Security from 10pm until 7am, you are assured a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

NOTE: DOGS - Our home is dog friendly, allowing up to 2 smaller dogs weighing no more than 30 pounds each. The guest is 100% responsible for any damages or injuries that occur because of or related to their dog(s). The home owner, home owners insurance and property management will not cover any expenses for damages, injuries or legal fees associated with your dog(s). When the guests are away from the house, all dogs must be kept inside the house and in the provided kennel. We provide sanitized dog food and water dishes of different sizes. We also provide dog waste bags in a dispenser on the patio to help you clean up after your pup!

EVENTS - personal and family events that only include the guests staying at the residence are great. Any event that involves guests attending who are staying outside of the home and/or require set up/catering by a vendor need to be approved. We just need to make Security aware and make sure the event falls within their rules of engagement. If needed, we can also help coordinate multiple vacation rentals if the number of attendees exceeds the max. number of guests for this home.

As part of our check-in process the person who booked the house must be present at check-in and must show a valid government-issued photo ID. This is a security measure to ensure the security of our property.
