The Space:
It’s a 2-bedroom apartment. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an area to store clothes and personal items. The second bedroom has two double beds and a closet. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, but any special request can be accommodated and will be provided as soon as possible. It has 3 full bathrooms, a balcony, and direct beach access from the pool.

A link will be sent with step-by-step instructions on how to access the property. It includes the location with the address, how to enter the building, the security box where you'll get the key to open the door, and a tutorial on how to use it.

The Neighborhood:
Cerritos, located in Mazatlán, is a charming coastal area that combines tranquility and natural beauty. With golden sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, it's the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The area offers a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle, and is conveniently close to Marina Mazatlán, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. A perfect destination for an unforgettable vacation!

Getting Around:
Right in front of the building is the beach, while on the other side of the building, there’s an Oxxo where you can find anything you need for your vacation. Walmart and Sam’s are just 5–10 minutes away for your shopping needs, especially for longer stays.

Other Things to Note:
The pool is shared and located on the 1st floor. The grill area can be used without any problem as long as the rules are respected, such as the prohibition of glass near the pool. The hours are approximately from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
