Guest access:
The second-floor kitchen, jacuzzi tub, and sauna room are currently under maintenance and are NOT operational.

During your stay
- 8 guests maximum, including children unless permission is granted by host. No additional guests. If additional guests are present a fee of $500 per guest, per day will be added.
- No pets
- Quiet hours 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- No Parties/events/gatherings/graduation parties/birthday parties of any kind.
- Commercial photography not allowed
- No smoking(of any kind) in or around property. That includes the front porch, driveway, backyard, and patio area.
- No outdoor shoes are allowed inside the house. Please use the provided shoe covers.
- Close all windows and doors before leaving the home.
- Turn off lights when not in the home.
- Don’t throw food down the drain.
