Fully stocked chef's kitchen w/oversized island, wrap-around deck, with lake views (2 min walk to lake) and ample room for entertaining plus a walk out patio to hot tub. Stroll to town beach and boat launch.
The space:
Main level - beautiful great room for the family to spend time together, a primary bedroom with an ensuite full bath, classic wood burning stove and large wrap-around deck. Upper floor - spacious loft overlooking great room, primary bedroom, shared bath and special bunkbed room with loft for kids to relax/play. Lower level - fully furnished walk out den / TV room / workout room with walk out to patio where hot tub is located. Close to sandy town beach with lifeguard and boat launch and kayak racks.
Guest access:
Guests have access to town beach with sandy lakefront, lifeguard and boat launch. The house rental comes with several kayaks and SUP's for your use. Guests can use all 3 levels of home plus one car garage, hot tub, deck with gas BBQ grill , fire pit and our beautiful and quiet neighborhood for walking.
Other things to note:
The Berkshires is an amazing destination to explore. There are great restaurants, hiking trails, art galleries, music venues and community fairs/festivals. Our home is 4 season retreat with all you need to ensure a memorable family vacation.
