★ House Information ★
-BD 2 is nestled inside the Master Room (with own private door). The private walk-in bathroom does NOT have a door.
- We do allow certain events/experiences - contact us directly to see if we can accommodate.
- Please ask in advance for early arrival or late departure ($250 fee associated).
- Due to the size of the villa, if you are delayed in your departure, there will be a $250 fee charged per hour of delay based on the cleaning company’s charge.
- We love our furry friends and they are welcome at a charge of $150/pet.
- If pee or poo is found during cleaning, there will be additional charges based on what the cleaning company charges us. This could be between $150-$600 per instance.
- 4 Full Sized Bathrooms inside the house, and 1 full sized bathroom by the pool outside
- Gas stove is now working!!
- Grill is a small Kenmore 4-Burner Gas Grill with Side Burner.

-Our pool maintenance team will be onsite every Friday to clean the pool and ensure it's in top condition for your enjoyment. Please allow them access if you're using the pool area at that time.

-Please note that we take the home and neighborhood's security very seriously. No unregistered guests on the property unless a prior event agreement has been made with us. After booking and prior to receiving entry details, you will be asked to submit a photo ID and a fully refundable $1500 deposit.

- You must sign our rental agreement AFTER booking on Airbnb, and also put down a refundable security deposit that covers damage and loss of keys.

We have a simple guideline- treat our home with respect!

Please be communicative about issues that arise so we can tend to them quickly, ensuring prolonged damages do not add up in cost & ensuring your stay is seamless.

- Pets MAY be allowed in limited circumstances, but not inside the house at all. If you have a service animal, it must be leashed and attended. Please ensure to clean up after your pets to not incur additional damage fees. Damaged furniture and pee/poo clean up will incur additional fees.

- No smoking allowed inside the property. Additional damage fees will be incurred.

- Quiet Hours are from 8AM - 8PM. Please respect our neighbors and limit outdoor activity after hours.

- No unauthorized guests, parties or events without prior authorization. This will result in an immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
