The Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, Tanger Outlet and many other shops and restaurants.
It is within minutes from the Washington National Stadium, Commanders FedEx Field and the Capital One Arena. Maude's Nest is located within walking distance of 3 Metro Stations: Naylor Road Station, Southern Avenue Station, and Branch Avenue Station.
