Discover this 3-bedroom gem, Soundside Kill Devil Hills. This terrific house features 1 full bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 king bed, perfect for a comfortable stay. With amenities like WiFi, washer/dryer, and fully stocked kitchen, guests will have everything they need. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a shower and a hair dryer. Bathroom 1 is a standup shower, bathroom 2 isa shower/tub combo. The outdoor shower is available as well. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. There is a bed rail underneath the full-size bed and a pack-n-play in the primary bedroom closet. Soak in the sun on the deck, which faces a corner view of the canal. You won’t want to miss the sunset!

Colington Harbour has a huge piece of our hearts. We love the peaceful uniqueness of the neighborhood. The pool and sound beach are our favorite hangout spots. Our pups love going for walks and playing at the dog park. We always try to see the sunset!

What makes this property unique

Take in the fresh air rolling off the canal water and enjoy the sunset from the deck. My husband and I recently renovated the house ourselves. I had the vision and Joe brought it to life!
