House with private pool and deck. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood cul-de-sac.

The nearest beach is north lauderdale beach which is 10 min drive
House is about 3,100 sqt ( 290 m2) on a 7500 sqt lot (700 m2) and features :

* 4 Bedrooms

- 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed
- 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 queen size bed
- 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed + 1 sofa bed

* Bathrooms

- 2 full bathrooms with shower
- 1 separate toilet

* Kitchen

House is fully equipped with Fridge, Microwave, Stove, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, utensils that you can cook home.

* 2 smart TV one in the living room and one in master bedroom

This house is ideal for a family.

Guest can use the all house except one room that is lock for material staff only.
Backyard is private only used by guest. Dock is available for boating.
* Pool Heat is $10/day upon request and must be paid for the entire stay before arrival

* You have the option to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. If you want to watch a game or any live channel you'll need to watch it on your own device.

* We don't provide streaming app accounts (Netflix, Amazon or Disney+).

* Guest that made booking must be present at checking No more than 10 guests at any giving time

* No party, graduation birthdays or events allowed*

* Pool technician comes every Wednesday between 7am and 12pm.

* Pool pump runs from 9am to 4pm during winter time and 9am to 5 pm during summer time.

* The pool vacuum works on its own for a few hours by timer. In South Florida it's typical for there to be rain and high winds, which may cause additional leaves from the large trees to fall into the pool. There’s also a pool net available. You’re welcome to use this to clean the pool in between pool service cleanings.

* Check in anytime after 4pm with your own access code.

* If check in is after 8pm please make sure to have all check informations prior arrival.

* No more than 2 vehicles on the driveway

* No street parking

* No parking on Grass

* No commercial filming allowed

*No smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside.

* No drugs or illicit drugs at the property inside and outside at any given time

We are fully registered and compliant with the State of Florida, Broward County, and the City of Pompano Beach . A copy of our Pompano Beach Certificate of Compliance Permit can be viewed upon request.

Below are compliance statements that the City of Pompano Beach requires for all Vacation Rental Properties:
1. It is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.
2, Noise - any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.

3. Vehicle Parking - all vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked in compliance with Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pompano Beach : all vehicles associated with the vacation rental must be parked within a driveway located on the subject property; vehicles are not permitted to park in the swale or on the street.

4. Trash Pick-Up - No solid waste container shall be located at the curb for pickup before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to pick up, and solid waste container must be removed before midnight of the day of pickup. The Property must be free of garbage and litter except the storage of garbage, and litter in authorized receptacles.

We stayed here with 2 family's, The first night we looked for towels and bedding both of which we didn't have any extra, we had 6 towels and 1 extra sheet, we Contracted the owner and no response, Next we have 2 children that have not learned how to swim. So when booking we saw that they have a door alarm when leaving the house, but that was not the case they have a pin in the door to keep it shut. We wanted to Grill one night but there was no propane, contacted the owner and after a day another person got back with us claiming the owner was in a car accident and couldn't get back with us, asked about the door alarm and he said they took it off cause people complained it made too much noise, which was another excuse, and stated that the grill doesn't come with propane and I have to get it if wanted, but would reimburse me the 20 it cost. He also stated he was 2 hours away so he couldn't help. Anyhow the grill was so old, and the cover wouldn't stay up anyhow so you would struggle to grill here even with gas. Overall, both families were disappointed, we had to watch the kids very closely due to the listing stating there was door alarms and there was not, no grilling while there, only 6 towels, no shelves in the fridge, Master room Tv Doesn't work, and no extra sheets made this stay not enjoyable and when asked for help, they were too far away to help.

Aufenthalt in Fort Lauderdale

Die Lage war genial, direkt am Kanal mit wunderschönem Garten und Ausblick inklusive Pool!Sehr ruhig am Ende der Straße gelegen was wir begrüßten.Von dort aus ist man sehr zentral gelegen und hat alles von Einkaufen bis zum Strand in naher Umgebung.Kommunikativ mit dem Besitzer war auch recht problemlos und gut.Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Das einzig negative war die Sauberkeit des Backofens und vor allem des Grills, dieser war einfach nur Schrottreif.Wäre das nicht gewesen hätte es volle Punktzahl gegeben.

Cozy Stay

We recently stayed at this property and had a good experience overall. The location is not in a prime spot, but it's just a 10-minute drive to the beach, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The pool was a great feature, and we enjoyed using it daily. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking, which was very convenient. One thing to note is that the house's layout is a bit unusual. One bedroom has a toilet only, two bedrooms have both a toilet and shower, and one bedroom has no bathroom facilities. Additionally, there are no extra guest toilets. Despite the layout, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the comfort and amenities the house provided.

Moderne Einrichtung

Wir waren jetzt zum 8. mal in Pompano Beach und das war definitiv das am modernsten eingerichtete Haus. Betten super.Klimaanlage kann man nach eigenen bedürfnissen einrichten ( 2 Klimageräte) eins ist für 3 Räume und das andere für 2 übereinander liegende Räume . Dank der Hawaii - Hütte kann man auch bei Regen draussen sitzen oder auch gleichzeitig Grillen.Es ist aber auch dank des Vordaches am Pool möglich bei Regen draussen zu sitzen. Wir würden es auf jedenfall nochmal Buchen.

What a home!

Spacious well equipped waterfront family home. 10 minutes from Lauderdale by The Sea. Great pool area. Space, space and then more space. Had a water leak, was dealt with on the same day. What more can you ask for? Loved it.

Lots of space, fantastic yard, missing some creature comforts.

This place has the potential of being a high five - it's just seeing some creature comforts... The back yard is what makes it - we were so surprised & happy that improvements we're made in the time we booked to the time of our stay. The pool was clean and warm the landscaping was very nice. The addition of a large "tiki-hut" for out door dining made our one fully rained out day of vacation not seem so lost. The Grill isn't. the best, but did the job for some simple burgers and dogs. The view and privacy of the back yard was wonderful. Inside the place felt huge and clean. However a little sterile corporate rental agency feel - so not very "homey if that's what you're looking for. It was a little weird that you had to go through someones bedroom to get to bathroom but luckily we were family and didn't care. The beds were all very comfy. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, however there was only a Kurig so we went out and got a "real coffee machine" and left it behind. Creature comforts missing that could have made it a five star review. * More towels * Dish soap * Hand Towels * Throw Blanket for couch * Top sheet on beds * More toilet paper We had an issue with the air conditioning our first night and Olivier was quick to get it fixed for us - thank you Olivier!

Beautiful property

The property was really nice. The house is quite large and the yard is beautiful. However, the exterior photos are very outdated. Many changes, but good ones. More exterior lighting would be great. The neighborhood is quiet and nice but lots of great stores, cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Would absolutely stay again.

Missing a bathroom with shower

We booked 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom house for attending a funeral. Group of 4 adults . House had only 2 bathrooms with showers. The master bedroom had NO bathroom period. We contacted the owner on arrival - NO response. It was a very disappointing trip during an emotionally difficult time of mourning. The listing for the home was inaccurate and misleading.The owner should have made it right with a partial refund. WE reported the incident to VBRO - provided a copy of the inaccurate and misleading action and VRBO did nothing to resolve the issue. The customer service rep stated someone would follow up via email - no one has.

Great outdoor area

I just spent 9 days here with my husband, son and family friends. The house is spacious and the outside area is amazing. Great pool, tiki area to eat and a deck overlooking the canal. There is a BBQ but it is coal (in my opinion it’s harder to cook on so we didn’t BBQ as much as we wanted) The outside area made the house for us, it really is a great area. Lots of trees around so you have to clean the pool daily (reviews on here about the cleanliness of the outside, you cannot control debris) Good size kitchen with everything you need. Bedrooms are all a great size. Bathroom set up is odd but worked out fine for us, if you are a group of friends it might be a little difficult. One bedroom doesn’t have any bathroom and another one only had a half bath. The upstairs and the bedroom next to the front door have full bathrooms. There is no common bathroom. Location was great, a short drive to everything. We were there during all the rain which sucked. With the amount of rain there was a leak in the house. It was pretty bad and looked like it had been leaking for a while. (My friend slipped on the water and smashed into the wall, that’s how we realized) I notified the owner and they said they would get a roofing contractor around but didn’t hear anything else. Hopefully they take care of it. The craftsmanship in the house is not great, floors are poorly installed etc, so if you are picky about that this place is not for you. We were happy with the cleanliness of the place so didn’t let that stuff bother us. Overall we really had a great time and would definitely recommend this house for families, and friends that don’t care about sneaking in to another room in the middle of the night to pee! :) We would stay here again if they upgraded the BBQ :)

Family Vacation Trip

Super Stay-cation

Great overall experience with the property and host, who accommodated our last minute booking for a family get together. We fished, swam and enjoyed the outside area, spent majority of our time there. Kitchen area was spacious and great for family dinners, had everything we needed. Keurig was not working but there was another coffeemaker available. There should be a couple of blankets in case they are needed for guests, and upstairs TV had only one channel. Also suggest a bench or chair in each bedroom and full length mirrors, hooks in bathroom and a lock on bathroom door.

Mostly very nice

The property is nice spacious and clean. The backyard pool and canal make for a very pleasant setting. Small things like extra garbage bags dull knives a broken door handle and broken kuereg are easily fixable with a bit of attention.

En général belle propriété Il est certain que des rénovations et un rafraîchissement de la peinture s’impose L’arrivée s’est très bien déroulée Communication avec gestionnaire correct A notre arrivée la piscine ne fonctionnait pas jusqu’à ce que je réalise que le niveau eau était trop bas empêchant la circulation eau Plusieurs débris en surface et au fond J’ai du nettoyer par moi même et ce même si le gestionnaire m’a mentionné envoyer la compagnie de piscine (qui n’est jamais venue de tout notre séjour ) voisinage adéquat quartier calme près de la plage (10/15 minutes ) la cour arrière est vraiment un plus Le ménage laissait un peu à désirer à notre arrivée (traces de mains dans les portes patio et plusieurs graines dans tiroirs à ustensiles ) bref en général ca passe mais la maison a besoin d’une bonne dose d’amour

Family Vacation

Overall impression was satisfactory. Inside, the house was in very poor, falling apart everywhere we looked. Flooring separated at joints throughout, multiple handles falling off when you grab them, broken tiles everywhere, etc. Very poorly maintained. Clean for the most part, minus the stained sheets that instantly give you a gross feeling. The backyard was the main attraction and it did not disappoint. The pool and river front amenities were enjoyed by our family the entire trip. If it was maintained better, I would consider returning.

Couples trip

The outside living space is great. Felt private from neighbors and the canal was a great view. The pool was nice. Some floaties on the property. The inside is fine, but not cozy and the property was not very clean. (Floors, kitchen, appliances). the electricity went out. We called and text the night it happened at 2am. Heard nothing from the property owner. Called the next day at 10am it was resolved by the owners business partner who was responsive and called electrician that came at 2pm Food spoiled and our inconvenience was not compensated. The main floor bathrooms are both inside the bedrooms. Awkward when that is someones bedroom throughout the day and not convient at all at night.
