About this property
The Liftline Condo at Snowcreek | Closest to Dollar
If you're looking to be first on the chair without even having to set an alarm… this is the place. Tucked into the ultra-popular Snowcreek condo community, this three-bedroom plus loft condo doesn't just border Dollar Mountain—it's basically part of it. In winter, you're so close to the lodge you could ski home for lunch (and still beat everyone else back to the lift). It's the closest you can stay to the slopes without actually sleeping in your boots.
The main level is open, airy, and ski-chic cozy. A full kitchen gives you everything you need to whip up hearty breakfasts or après-ski charcuterie boards—there's even a Nespresso and a drip coffee maker, so everyone gets their morning fix. The dining table seats eight comfortably, and there's bar seating for overflow or quick breakfasts before you hit the snow.
The living room is built for gathering. A big sectional couch anchors the space, centered around a wood-burning fireplace with a stunning river rock surround. It's warm, inviting, and just the spot to unwind after a long day on the hill. A large Samsung Smart TV is perfect for movie marathons, and the adjacent deck offers panoramic views of Dollar's slopes. Out here, you'll also find seasonal outdoor seating nestled in the aspens and pines—private, peaceful, and so close to the action you can watch skiers from your balcony.
Now, full transparency: being this close to the lift means you might hear a few snowcats at night grooming the trails. But when you're rolling out of bed and onto first chair while the rest of town is still lacing up boots, it's a small trade-off. Trust us—it's worth it.
Downstairs is where everyone rests their heads. The primary suite features a king bed, a walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and its own private patio that opens to ski-in/ski-out access. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private patio too—because, yes, this condo is full of surprises—and a bathroom just outside the door. The third bedroom features a full-size bed and a separate full bathroom across the hall. All three bedrooms offer clothing storage, cozy linens, and space to decompress after a day in the mountains.
The loft upstairs is the ultimate bonus space. Two twin beds, some comfy beanbags, and just enough separation to make it feel like its own little retreat. Great for kids, teens, or anyone who loves being perched above it all.
Additional perks? The Snowcreek clubhouse is just a short walk away and offers access to a seasonal pool, hot tub, and shared laundry room. (So yes, you can pack light.) There's also a ski rack and coat storage at the front entry to keep all your gear organized.
And in the summer? You're steps from the Sun Valley Pavilion, walking distance to Dollar's scenic hiking trails, and just a short stroll to the Sun Valley Village. Downtown Ketchum is an easy five-minute drive or bike ride away.
This place truly punches above its weight. Yes, it's a condo, but it lives like a private home—warm, spacious, and dialed in for groups who want comfort and proximity. Whether it's powder days in February or concert nights in July, this is Sun Valley living done right.
