Originally built in 1902, this home features all modern conveniences. Spacious kitchen with custom cabinetry, LaCanche Stove, dual sinks. Master bath with double shower and steam. Large second bath with tub and double sinks. All kept toasty with radiant heat. Third floor bedroom with skylights and separate bath. Stunning views from the third floor deck. Treehouse and private first floor deck leading to yard.
There is an onsite manager (separate basement apartment with separate entry). We must comply with local laws (31 day rentals allowed).

The property's location allows visitors to Portland to have walking access to the best that the Northwest neighborhood has to offer. Forest Park, NW Thurman St and 23rd Avenue are all within reach of this home. The home itself has outstanding attention to detail and is warm and inviting.

What makes this property unique

The home has radiant heat floors in the kitchen and 2nd floor bathrooms. Outstanding kitchen and master bedroom with views of the Willamette river and the Northwest Industrial district. Public transportation a short distance away (bus stop).
