Fabulous!

We had the best week at the lake we have ever experienced. This house has everything you need and tons of stuff you didn't know you needed! Very clean, comfortable and tons of beds. We had room to spare. We played Poker and Uno with everything provided. The kids and adults loved the pool table, we played every night. Very reasonably priced and conveniently located to stores and everything you would want.

Great place!!

I’ve never stayed on the north side of the lake, really great little area. The house was fantastic and the owners are very nice. And we had a small issue with a water leak and they were on top of it right away. Awesome communication from them.

Nice well equipped home on Indian Lake.

Nice open house. We had 2 families total of 10 people. There was plenty of room and plenty of activities in the house to keep us occupied when we weren’t out trying to catch a fish or have a little fire for s’mores. It was a nice get together spot for family.

Easy docking for our pontoon and comfortable house with many amenities and well stocked kitchen. Only reason didn't give 5 stars is shower upstairs had bad pressure and not as clean as it could have been. We had to Windex storm door as it was filthy and must have been missed by cleaners. Other than that and a few other little cleaning issues was a nice place and had a great time

Superb location and nice place, but needs some enhancements

I'll just say up front that I did let the owner and secondary manager know about the issues/suggestions we had and they did respond, but only a future guest will be able to know if action was taken to improve the experience going forward. We arrived later in the evening and found SO MANY mosquitos flying around the house and lots of spider webs filled with dead mosquitos in the high parts of the ceiling. We spent a good hour smashing as many as we could with brooms so we wouldn't get bitten while we slept. We also found that the newly renovated kitchen hadn't been hooked up properly (the garbage disposal didn't work, and there was not any ice or drinking water in the fridge). Because we arrived so late, we understandably did not hear from the secondary manager, Chelsea, until the morning. She was super responsive and sent over ice, ice trays and bottled water to get us through our stay since the repair person couldn't come until after our departure. She also came over and knocked down the webs and sprayed for mosquitos to prevent further mosquito invasions, and she left some large citronella candles for us. I appreciate Chelsea's responsiveness so much, but it was disappointing to check in with so many things overlooked. Overall, this is a nice, roomy home that is great for a family or group. The location is amazing, we enjoyed fishing and swimming right off the dock. It would be good to have kid friendly dishes in the kitchen and more comfortable pillows.

Really enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the nightly view from the deck and trying out the local restaurants. Owner was concerned about a possible faucet drip before we arrived and offered to come by again if it was annoying. No drip found for he had stopped by to tighten things up.

Indian Lake Fishing Tournament

Perfect location. The boat ramp was within walking distance and we loved being able to dock the boat at the house and the boat lift. House was very comfortable and we loved the water view. The property manager, Aaron was very helpful and responded to our questions in a very timely manner. We would stay here again.

Relaxing Fishing Weekend

Location was perfect for our group. Although the lake was not in great shape for fishing, we were able to make the best of the weekend. Having the slip available out back and plenty of bed space, this place met all of our needs! Will certainly consider coming back in the future.

Good Place

My friends and I had been to this location before. Great house and location. Just some small things we noticed this time, that we did not notice the second time. There were dirty/rusty dishes put away, ants in the kitchen/living area, and the oven smoked when in use (caused the fire alarms to go off when cooking). The great things about this house outweighed the bad by a long shot. Small things that can be fixed. But very much recommend this house. Great stay.

We had a family get-together . There were 16 of us. We had plenty of room. We enjoyed the well supplied kitchen. The extra refrigerator in the storage shed. All the extras that were available to us to use from the shed. Thank you so much!! Everyone said the beds were very comfortable even the pull out sofas. Kids enjoyed fishing off the back deck. And we all enjoyed boating in the lake and tubing too. Very relaxing time.

Wonderful family getaway at the lake

We loved our time at Chippewa lake cottage. There were 16 of us plenty of room. Bed were all very comfortable. Even the pull out sofa beds. The kitchen was nicely supplied. We really appreciated the extra refrigerator in the storage shed and all the extras in the storage shed to be used by the house visitors. Thank you so very much for letting stay here we had a blast!! We rented a pontoon boat and appreciates the boat lift

Mini family getaway

Lots of space, great location!

Spent a nice quiet couple of days with the family--the house had great space--big kitchen/dining area, great location on the water, especially during sunset. LOVED the loft area with the pool table and gaming systems. There were only 3 of us so the space was more than generous but also would be comfortable for larger parties. Only a couple of 'wear and tear' items were detractors --carpets are heavily stained from past usage (though clean), furniture is equally worn and there are some cracks in the kitchen/bathroom floor tiles and missing items from some of the board games--nothing out of the norm for a well used rental house. (oh and one of the prior renters put a pan away without cleaning it --yuck!). Would recommend washing kitchen items before use. Would 100% stay here again.
