Check-In/Out:
Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-in/out available on request with advanced notice.

No Smoking or Large Pets:
Smoking and pets are not allowed inside, with the exception of small sized animals. Use designated outdoor areas for smoking.

Noise:
Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect neighbors.

Max Occupancy:
Maximum of 4 guests. Do not exceed this limit. If you expect a guest, it will be an additional charge.

Cleanliness:
Please leave the apartment the way you found it! No need of a deep clean- quick run through will do. Dispose of trash in the bins provided.

Damages:
Report any damages immediately. You’re responsible for any damage during your stay.

Parties/Events:
No parties or events allowed.
