About this property

Front beach Isle of Palms sea cabin! Beach views, excellent location, well kept.

Premier Beach front Sea Cabin located on beautiful Isle of Palms, SC. Fully renovated with top of the line appliances and furniture! Gorgeous Atlantic oceans views from the balcony! This one bedroom condo on the 2nd floor can sleep five with a queen bed in bedroom, pull out sofa bed in the living room, and a built in youth bunk bed for kids in the hallway (full disclosure: these are youth bunk beds, which are skinnier than a twin, and I would not recommend children over 10 years old in them). The dimensions of the youth bunk bed are roughly 74"x25". The kitchen is fully equipped, we provide bed linens as well as one bath towel per guest.
Located on beautiful Front Beach on Isle of Palms with restaurants, shops, grocery store and ice cream stands all within walking distance.
Sea Cabins has the only private pier and an ocean front pool. You are allowed to fish off the pier and will need a South Carolina fishing license.

Unit is located on the second floor and has galley kitchen with flat screen tv's in the living area and bedroom.
The Sea Cabins are located just 20 minutes from historic Downtown Charleston, 30 minutes from CHS airport and 5 minutes from 2 world class golf courses in Wild Dunes!
Condo is 490sqft
*No washer/dryer inside of unit, only in the middle of complex which takes coins or an app on your phone.
**This condo is an elevated building with no elevator. This is a 2nd floor condo.
We manage multiple other sea cabins so ask about booking more than one!

Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs.

Comfortable stay

Overall, the condo is very nice for a small family. We did have to buy cleaning supplies as there is none at the property and we did need to clean as there was sand and hair from the last visitors. Outside of the cleanliness issue, the condo is perfect for a small family. There is limited seating in the living room so we did use the floor a lot but we made it work. There is also a palm tree blocking the beach view which was disappointing but the beach is close and gorgeous! Very clean and the neighborhood park is just next door perfect for the kids.

Cute and right next to the beach

This was a great place to stay right next to the beach! The host was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive. We didn’t realize the bunkbeds were in the entry hallway- we thought there were two bedrooms- but that maybe was just an oversight of me not looking close enough at the listing. We really enjoyed our time here!

Perfect Location

We had a great stay! The location is wonderful. The unit and building itself is old and mildly dirty; however we didn’t spend much time in the unit anyways. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, pool and playground.

Great location!

Cute place in a great location! Parked the car and walked everywhere. Robert was an outstanding host! He went out of his way to give us recommendations for what to do in the area and was very easily accessible. Would recommend for any couple wanting to explore IOP!

Great location and very nice property!

Super clean and great communication with host. Really enjoyed the balcony looking at the beach. Very central location, we could walk to almost everything we wanted- grocery, restaurants etc. we’ll be back!

Loved loved loved your property!

It was most convenient from Airport. It was a Wonderful condo with everything we needed. Location was fantastic being able to go across the street at night and get a bite and hear music. We loved the quick access to the beach and the option to go free ourselves from the sand at the Pool. We definitely want to come back and I have already shared my experience with some of my co- workers here at Southwest Airlines who are interested in your property.

Summer Vacation 2024

Our family wants to make this condo a yearly tradition, we had a blast! The host were great from start to finish and they quickly responded to my emails. The condo was clean, spacious and the location was perfect. Pier access was perfect for my husband's daily fishing and being able to walk right out on the beach was my 7yo son's favorite. We can't wait for our family vacation next year.

Business to long weekend

Property felt worn and in need of a fresh coat of paint. Bedroom was very small and tight with plastic feeling liner on the mattress. Proximity to state park means noise and a lot of people on the beach on weekends.

Great location!

Checkin, check out process was easy! Host even reached out to let us know the condo was available to check in early. Upon arrival it was just as pictures showed. I had a teenager and young son, they loved the easy access to the beach and pool. You can park and not have to leave. Shops, restaurants, grocery store all within distance. Easy 20-30 minute drive to downtown Charleston. I would stay here again.

Spent 3 days on a girl's trip. Location was great. Condo was nice. TV did not work in the bedroom but that was ok. The couch in the living room was not big. But we didn't need anything bigger for just 2 of us. I will definitely stay here again

SC beach stay

Great location, convenient to walk to dine, well kept for older unit. Main con was worn out couch. Very small, worn out and uncomfortable and Only place to sit. Had to use as sleeper and mattress shot too. No other chairs so for 3 people very uncomfortable. Finally had to bring in chair off the deck to use. Bedroom mattress also in need if replacing. Would not book again till these were replaced.

This condo is as advertised. Proximity to the beach is perfect. View is good. The space is quite small, we had 2 adults, 2 12 year old boys. The condo needs a good cleaning and some updating. Beds, pillows rather uncomfortable. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. Appliances were nice.

Wonderful vacation

The condo itself is located at the back of the parking lot steps from the beach, so it’s quiet. It had everything we needed. Plenty of space. Great communication with the owner. My only complaint is that the large palm tree in front of the condo’s deck obscures the view for at least 50 percent of the ocean view from the deck. The complex is perfectly situated in Isle of Palms. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store less than 1/2 mile away. Overall, a great experience.

Charleston vacay

Location was good, beach and restaurants very close. Condo was a bit dated, and needs some tlc. Wife did a bit of cleaning upon arrival. Parking direction and directions to condo were poor at best. Took us about 30 mintes to figure it out ourselves. Kitchen island was installed backwards, making it uselessto eat at. Overall a good stay though.
