The space
**Bright and Cozy 2-Bedroom Apartment**

Welcome to my lovely 2-room, 1-bathroom and kitchen apartment! Enjoy a beautifully peaceful bedroom and a furnished living room that opens up to a lovely balcony with glass doors. The mirrored hallway leads to a bright kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and fridge—everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The bathroom features a large window, a relaxing bathtub, and an Alexa Sonos speaker for your convenience. Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi and unwind with a 65” Smart TV. Each room is equipped with Sonos speakers, and the spacious bedroom boasts a big 190x200 cm bed.

Conveniently located near the city center, shopping malls, and excellent public transport options.

For an additional cost, you can also rent the studio right next door. It features a private entrance, a big window facing a green backyard, a 55” TV, a fridge with a mini freezer, a microwave with a fan, a coffee brewer, a stovetop, a water kettle, a toaster, and a slow cooker. The studio includes a sectional sofa that converts to a queen bed, a work desk, and free Wi-Fi. Please note that there is no shower in the studio.

**The Whole Place**

- Private parking available for $89/month, located right outside the apartment. You will receive the parking number after I receive the payment.

If you stay longer than a week, you can use the laundry facilities.

Smaller parties or gatherings can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

Other things to note
**No Parties, No Pets & No Smoking Inside!**

Regarding parties and gatherings, if you receive my approval, there will be an additional charge. Remember to include any extra guests who will be attending, and you will be personally accountable for them, as well as for ensuring that nothing gets broken or stolen.

**2900 SEK for lost keys!**
**$350 for lost keys!** (This covers the cost of changing the lock and creating a new key.)

If you have time and would like to clean the place after yourself, including washing the sheets and towels, and you feel you can leave the apartment in top shape, please let me know. I will need you to send me a video, and I will refund the cleaning fee.
