This is a contemporary, fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo.
All units feature wood flooring—no carpet.

Great Location for a Family Universal Trip!
This place was great, it was walking distance to Publix, a great burger spot, a Chinese takeout spot, dunkin and a bunch more. The rooms were good, they did smell a touch like a mildewy rag when we got there. The only big negative was that and the floors literally turned our feet black. We messaged the manager and had a mop and bucket (we told them we would handle it) quickly. After that it was much better. Definitely recommend - don’t let the floor deter you. I’m sure that’s not the norm! The place is easy to find and navigate. It was about 11 minutes to the Universal parking garage.

The property was ideal for five of us. Its location ideal for Seaworld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove, all within 10 minutes. Magic Kingdom was less than 30 minutes and once you get your bearings, easy drives. The pools on property were spacious but quite busy when we were there. Having a grocery store, coffee shop along with burger bar, sushi spot, NY Pizza all within three minutes and you don’t have to leave the complex.

Perfect in every way
Condo was very spacious, clean and modern. Had no issues with check-in. Complex was safe and lots of parking. Two nice heated pools with jacuzzi. Location is close to grocery store, restaurants and attractions. Would definitely recommend this unit.

The layout was great, communication very straightforward, easy check in/out. The new pool/bar/hot tub was great. The condo itself needs some updates - showing wear and tear, thin bedding, windows dirty.

Awesome Apartment
We stayed at the apartment while attending national meeting. It was very cozy, we would have liked to have additional blankets to put on the bed as it was cool in December and we had the heat turned on. Can't wait to stay next time we come to Florida!

This was an excellent location! Close to everything, and very clean. Property owner responded quickly to messages. The dryer in the unit did take a couple of times to dry the clothes but it worked and got the job done.

Universal Fall Getaway
My family decided to take a trip down to Universal for Halloween Horror Nights. We go to Universal 2-3 times a year and often stay on property. All places on property were booked so we took chances and stayed here. This will be our new place to stay when we come down! It was so nice to have our family if 6 spread out and have their own space! No more cramped, non private hotel rooms for us! We took Uber to and from the parks and it was super easy! Walking to Publix was a bonus for us and Dunkin Donuts was an awesome surprise next to Publix! Highly recommend this rental!

The property was a perfect location if you are visiting any of the Disney Parks. The unit is very spacious and was a great floor plan which for us accommodated 6 adults perfectly. The unit had everything you would need. There is a touch of “age” in the bathrooms but the unit was very clean. I would definitely stay at this property again and would highly recommend

Wonderful location for our family to enjoy Bista Cay and Universal Studios
Great location for our family to go to Universal Studios, Disney Springs, and enjoy the amenities at a Vista Cay. Condo was close walk to the pool and Publix. Suggestions for improvement:provide dresser in second bedroom since there's no closet, provide pot holders and plastic storage with lids (Tupperware) in kitchen, and bathrooms could use towel hooks. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Hostess was very responsive. Complex was quiet and very well maintained. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The property was exactly like it was in the description. Even though we used it as a base point for moving my son to UCF to start school, we will be back just to use as a vacation. It is a beautiful property and extremely spacious condo definitely enough for 10 people to sleep there. Would love to come back and be able to joy enjoy the parks that are around Orlando and just get some good R&R!

The place was great, would have been a perfect fit but the AC went out and even after the maintenance man came to fix it, it went down again shortly after. I’m pretty sure this property needs a new AC unit. Ana was great though, she was able to move us to another room and we enjoyed our stay. Nice and close to Publix and the conference center we needed to walk to everyday. Would stay again

Great Apartment close to Seaworld and soon Epic Universe
This was a nice 3 Bedroom apartment that the family enjoyed staying at. Very close to Seaworld (about 10 min drive) and soon to be Epic Universe (maybe 4 min if that) We liked that it was gated and was quiet. We didn't get a chance to go to the pool but it looked nice. Publix is right there for any of your food shopping needs.

Vista Cay is the Best Way!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Vista Cay property and highly recommend it to families or anyone attending the Orange County Convention Center events. Taking an Uber from the property is cheaper than paying for onsite parking at the Convention Center. The hotels attached to and surrounding the OCCC were three times the price of our stay at Vista Cay. I was lucky to find a last-minute place right before my daughter’s volleyball tournament there. The hostess was accommodating, helping me navigate the property and ensuring I settled in comfortably. The apartment not only matched the pictures but, in my opinion, was even better in person. The space is well-designed for families, with one of the bathrooms being the size of a small bedroom, easily accommodating multiple people getting ready in the morning. The property is centrally located, close to I-4, next to a Publix, and within walking distance of the Convention Center. The flat is situated just 100 feet from the complex pool and a short walk to the on-site gym. The amenities were very clean, and the space was thoughtfully designed.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The pool area was even better in person! Walking distance from the Publix and a liquor store, which was a nice plus. We did however have some issues during our stay. The floors clearly had not been mopped prior to our arrival, as our feet were black just walking barefoot through the place. The king bed was a little lumpy as well. We wished there were additional kitchen towels and some oven mitts, as we cooked and had to use a single kitchen towel as oven mitts and to dry our dishes. One of the biggest issues was the AC not working properly. Unfortunately it happened multiple times that it got up to 78-80 degrees in the condo and the AC still said it was running! Ana was very responsive each time and someone came to look at it within a couple hours each time. It seemed to temporarily resolve but always came back as an issue. We also came back to the condo after a day out and there was water all over the floor in the kitchen. The condo above us had water leaking from their AC and it leaked through the ceiling and the vent. There was clearly some water damage to the ceiling. I’m hoping that it gets fixed before the next people stay! Ana and the facilities staff were both very responsive when this happened so I’m hoping the issue got resolved. We had a big mess to clean up though and the whole situation was a big inconvenience.
