Charming rustic studio in Topanga nestled in nature, private entrance, dogs OK

Unwind in Topanga at this lovely studio. Relax or work or both! This charming rustic tiny space offers gorgeous views and luxurious remodeled bathroom for our guests to enjoy. Relax in the peaceful surroundings, have morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on your own private deck. Private entrance and off-street parking, Super fast wifi. Hiking trail one block away. Amazing Topanga restaurants and shops a five minute drive away. We do not have a full kitchen, but we DO have a trundle bed with two twin beds, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle with a selections of coffee and tea, and snacks, Come and experience everything Topanga has to offer. And we are dog-friendly as we have two big english labs of our own! Your dogs are welcome (up to two!) provided they are friendly with our labs. No dog may be left alone in the studio at any time for any reason. Studio is adjacent to and under the living room of our main house so there is sometimes human and/or dog noise from our space that carries down to the studio space. About our little spot in Paradise: This is in the beautiful Santa Monica mountains and we have lots of wild animals roving around, both day and night so you should never leave your dogs unattended, even in our fenced yard. You might see rabbits, coyotes (Lots of them!), bobcats, mountain lions and/or bears wandering through our property or in the driveway or on the streets. While most of them are quite shy, we wanted you to know and you might hear them at night along with our many owls. In the hot summer months, we also have rattlesnakes on the trails. Currently the scenic Hwy #27 between the village in Topanga and Pacific Coast Hwy at the ocean is closed while they repair from the wildfires and mudslides that occurred in Jan/Feb of 2025, however all roads to the north (Topanga Canyon Bl and Old Canyon) are wide open, leading to the #101 fwy. Will send all booked guests info on local restaurants, hiking areas, shops, etc. We are new to this V platform but have many years as a super host on "the other platform".
