The Ocean Place 340 condo is a beautiful and well-equipped vacation rental located in the heart of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate a group of guests. The condo is tastefully furnished with top-of-the-line furniture and has many special touches throughout the home.

After you park, you'll enter the shared door to the building and you'll walk up the flight of stairs to the third floor to access your home away from home for the week. The address will be provided at check in instructions. You have two parking spots available by pass in the parking lot. Once you enter, you will be greeted by a gorgeous and spacious living space, including the living room, dining room, and kitchen all in an open-floor plan style. Don't forget to put your parking pass in your cars!

The living room is outfitted with enough cozy seating to meet your needs and wants for your group - snuggle in for a movie, break out a board game, or just casually sit around for a nap or catch up with your family. The living space is where the memories are really made! Want to eat while in the middle of watching a game or movie? No worries, the dining area is nestled in the living room comfortably, so you won't miss a thing!

Catch the sunrise rays with your cup of coffee on the outdoor patio branching off of the living room!

Next, you'll walk into the fully equipped kitchen, that has everything you need to prep, cook, store, and clean no matter what size of meal you are preparing. We have everything from knives, cutting boards, to the basic plates, cups, and silverware. Don't forget to bring your coffee - we have a pot ready for you to use for that early morning brew!

Just off of the living room is a playroom with a twin daybed that can transform into a double twin with a trundle bed - giving you options for sleeping arrangements depending on what your property needs.

Again passing through the living room, you'll see the laundry facilities available to you throughout your stay. Through the hallway, you'll walk through the bathroom designed for the living space and the bunk bed bedroom off to your left. This cozy space is perfect to settle in after a good, long day in the sun for the kids. There is a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top, allowing up to 3 to comfortably stay in there. This bedroom also has a direct door to the hall bathroom.

Off to the right of this hallway is the master suite, sporting a king bed, amazing decorations, and a ensuite with an attached, private bathroom. Want a bath to relax in? We got you - in our tub / shower combo here. We hope you don't have to work on your vacation, but if you do, there is a desk setup for you to answer a few quick emails during your stay. All of our bedrooms feature smart TVs, where you can login to your own apps so you won't miss a beat on that movie you had to stop in the middle of on the plane.
House Rules with a Twist!

No Smoking, violations will be $500.
Dish Duty: Used dishes? Give them a quick wash and put them back. Easy peasy!
Furniture Fun: Feel free to rearrange, but please return things to their spots and switch off lights and small appliances before you leave.
Safety First: Lock up all doors and windows, and take your trash out when you go.
Spot a Mess?: Let us know if something needs extra cleaning—we’re here to help!
Key & Pass Reminder: Lost keys? That’ll be $125. Unreturned parking pass is $500.
Sleep Sweetly: Max three people per bedroom. Our cozy beds are for comfort, not extra guests.

Pet Policy: Small dogs under 50 lbs are considered with a paid pet fee of $100 for short stays, and $300 per pet for over 30 day stay, and guests can contact the office for more information. Max 1 dog per stay. Undisclosed pets are $500.

Trash Policy: Trash is collected on Tuesday morning. Please have all trash you would like to be picked up collected by Monday evening. We will help get the cans to the road.

Please recycle the following items:
1. Paper: Clean newspapers, broken-down cardboard boxes (clean, dry, and unwaxed), chipboard (like cereal boxes), unwanted mail (including catalogs and magazines), telephone books, and paper grocery bags.
2. Glass: Clear, green, and brown bottles and jars (remove and discard lids).
3. Plastic: Only bottles with a neck and spout (remove and discard lids).
4. Metals: Aluminum and steel/tin food and beverage cans (pour or wipe out cans).
5. Place recyclables loosely in your container. Town-home residents may place additional recyclables in paper bags next to their container.

Do not recycle: Household garbage, waxed cardboard, juice boxes, milk cartons, food containers, yard waste, plastic bags, plastic toys, plastic pools, motor oil containers, ceramic or ovenware dishes, bottle caps, Styrofoam, or packing peanuts.

Laundry: There is a washer and dryer located on the second floor.

Parking Info: 2 spaces available with parking passes only; 1 space marked "340" & 1 guest space. PLEASE NOTE: Black pass for condo lot only and orange pass for City street parking. Without these passes, you will very likely be towed, and we don't want your experience to be hampered by this!
