Never Again
There is a lot of false advertising as far as this property is concerned. There was no mention that the king-sized bedroom on the upper level had no air conditioning vent - except in the bathroom - making for VERY uncomfortable sleeping. In the other bedrooms the vents were either closed or impossible to find; the family in the bunk bed room had to sleep on the couch in the great room - not the 4-star resort stay we paid for. Perhaps most upsetting of all though was the presence of BLACK MOLD on the sliding door shade in the bedroom on the lower level. We have a number of folks with allergies in our family, and this room was completely uninhabitable. Once outside there was more disappointment. The parking pad can in NO WAY fit four cars, which makes it hard to believe that this house really sleeps 14 people. In addition, inquiries about extra parking with the property manager were useless - there only solution was to park extra cars in a storage lot many miles away. I understand that this is not a family-owned property, however, the house could really use some sort of welcoming book. During our entire stay we had absolutely no idea how to work the light switches, the TVs, or any of the appliances. We didn't know where our outside trash cans were, or when trash pickup was scheduled. When we finally found our trashcan after walking through our very soggy backyard, we were shocked to find only one trash can for a house this big. Totally unacceptable.
