We bought this as a retirement plan and renovated it with new kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring and paint. However, due to some change in plans, we cannot move there now so decided to share our beautiful home with guests who want to experience country living.

Get away from hustle-bustle of your corporate world or any other activity you do for a peaceful experience in a beautiful fully renovated house nestled in 40 acres of open land. Watch amazing sunsets, breathe fresh air, go for a stroll in the safety of the fenced 40 acres, pull your chair into the driveway in the evening to gaze at innumerable number of stars. There is hardly any sound pollution, so you can be one with yourself or your family.
Watch programs on the SmartTV and fire up your laptop and connect to Starlink WiFi if you really need to be connected to the world, or just shutdown everything and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Fully renovated with new wooden floors, new kitchen with quartz counters, 2 new bathrooms with tiled walls and new shower heads. Well water is potable but if you prefer, we also provide a 5 Gallon water and dispenser for your stay. House is stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls and silverware. We have a brand new Washer-dryer if you need a fresh pair to wear.
Lake Hensley is about 2 miles away where you can boat, swim or go for hikes around the lake. Bass Lake is about an hour away, and Yosemite is about 60 miles away. So ski in Yosemite and drive home to a warm cozy bed.
