Everything you need for a family
This was perfect for our family, kids and grandparents. Everything was convenient-- location, check in, check out. Kitchen has everything you need and there were beach chairs and toys to use. Pool was in good shape and heated. Comfortable beds and lots of bathrooms. Hosts were easygoing and not fussy. Quiet neighborhood. We loved the easy access to Vanderbilt beach. Would stay again.

The home is beautiful and sufficient space for 8 to stay comfortably. The interior is nicer than the photos. It exceeded our expectations. We immediately rebooked for next year. Teresa was very responsive to our questions and anything we needed while there. The location is close to everything .. food, shopping and the beach. I could walk or ride the bikes which they have available to the majority of places I wanted to go.

The house was nice and accommodating. The hosts were great we had a few minor issues they resolved almost immediately. Would definitely recommend. Great house in a great location. Vanderbilt Beach is walkable if desired (about twenty minutes for adults). Close to shopping, grocery, restaurants, and multiple bike shops. Home is fully equipped with everything needed for a week in Naples. We are already looking into rebooking for next year!

This house is the best place to stay and enjoy the time with family and friends.
I have been on vacation three times in this area, and this house was the best. We spend one week with my family for Thanksgiving. The house had everything we needed. The pool is clean and warm water.

Spacious and well equipped
We had a wonderful time in Naples despite the scorching heat. Lots of shopping, day trips, activities, and beautiful beaches. pros: * There is an alarm system that you can set up to chime when the kids open doors. That's great for peace of mind when you have little ones that like to run out of the house. * The pool is clean and well maintained and there are pool toys for the kids. * There were several beach accessories in the garage (beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, etc). * The house is spacious and well laid out. * The water and ice cube dispensers built into the fridge work! That's pretty uncommon in rentals in my experience. * The patio and pool areas are very private. cons: * We weren't able to check in at the check-in time because the cleaners weren't done, so we had to wait a while before we could get in. * The street is narrow and has no sidewalks so it's not a great area to take walks. * The house is a > 30min walk from the beach, so it's not practical to walk there and you have to pay $10/day for parking. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and Teresa was very helpful every step of the way. We highly recommend staying there.

While this property was very nice, it did not provide a satisfactory fourth bedroom. Instead, the pullout couch was old with a vey thin mattress not suitable for adult use. We specifically rented this property due to the fourth bedroom accommodation. The master bedroom TV did not work and two other bedrooms did not have TVs. Ironically the fourth bedroom had the best TV. All minor inconveniences other than fourth bedroom issues. Otherwise the property was very nice with a great pool, modern kitchen, large master bedroom, one nice guest bedroom, small double twin bed room, laundry room, and 3 bathrooms. Great choice for two adult couples and two kids only. Nicely situated in a convenient location.
