*As a quick FYI, from August 2025 to March 2026 the condo association will be doing some exterior siding upkeep on the building. It won't impact any amenities or the condo unit itself, we just like to give guests a courtesy FYI

*We do welcome guests who use their dog as an Emotional Support Animal or Service Animal. No documentation is needed, however we do require to select your bringing your dog at the time of booking and pay the $50 pet fee. Dog must be fully house trained, well behaved, and no excessive barking

*Primary guest must be over the age of 25, thank you
