Great place for Zion
Very nice house and super convenient to Zion. We just wished we could have stayed longer. We also made the two hour drive to Bryce which was completely fine and well worth it. Thank you!

Great house!
Great clean comfortable house! We could spread out and it was close enough to Zion that we could go daily—but far enough out of the fray that we could get away from the crowds. When there was a freak power outage in the town, the owner was very responsive and looked into the situation. The town resolved the issue quickly and we stayed nice and cool in the house in the interim. Would def stay again.

Great neighborhood, quiet town. Still with all that's needed close by. 20 minutes from Zion park entrance. 5 adults and one kid had plenty of room. Had a hiccup when we first arrived at house but owner was quick to respond. Would recommend.

Excellent location for family trip to Zion
Great location, easy access to Zion plus close to groceries and restaurants in La Verkin and Hurricane. Exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of space for 6 of us, very clean and nice outdoor area. Loved it!

This property was wonderful to stay at. Great location, quiet neighborhood, and very clean. There was an information booklet from the owners that was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and if we go back to the area we will pick this house! It is an easy drive to Zion National Park, the grocery store, and restaurants. I highly recommend this home!!

Exactly what we wanted
The house was perfect. We were out here for vacation with friends. Location was great, went into Zion, restaurants and grocery close. Drove up to Bryce one day. There were four of us, so plenty of space. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Bedrooms comfortable, and tons of storage to unpack. Would stay here again.

It was a nice clean place. Beds were little harder than what we are used to. Pots and pans needs to be updated. Minor issues like the tub not draining in the second bathroom and vanity light was out. Overall, it was a good stay

Convenient, quiet stay
The house is situated conveniently in a quiet community off the main access road to Zion and the surrounding area. Our daughter especially enjoyed the serene backyard for post-family-time chill out sessions. The kitchen was adequately appointed and equipped, as were the bathrooms. The house had some signs of wear, but we appreciated the cleanliness of the house and the quiet retreat after a day of excursions. A nice bonus was a complete grocery was less than a mile away so we could make most meals at the house rather than rely on restaurants (which are few in the immediate area, but the Rocky River coffee, pizza and bakery goods were delightful!) La Verkin (and nearby Virgin and Hurricane) have wonderful trails and overlooks that we appreciated for an additional, less-crowded excursion after spending the majority of the day in Zion NP.

The single family home we stayed at in La Verkin, Utah was outstanding. After enjoying ourselves in the National Parks, we felt like we were going home. It was so relaxing and it met all our expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great Proximity to the National Parks!
We enjoyed our stay at this very nice house. It had everything we needed and was in a great location to get to both the North Rim Grand Canyon and Zion easily. My kids liked Zion so much that my husband took them back for a second day, and I stayed at the house by myself. It was a Saturday, and I couldn't believe how quite the neighborhood was all day! Close enough to walk to a great coffee shop (River Rock). Enjoyed dinner out at The Stagecoach Grill just 5 minutes from the house. It felt a little strange at times being a vacationer in a neighborhood that seemed to have mostly full-time residents, and I'm not sure everyone would like that (especially if you are loud), but if you don't mind being quiet and just want to enjoy peace and quiet in between park adventures, then this is a great place to stay!

Spring Break in Zion with Family
With breathtaking views, this home is so convenient to Zion (20 mins) and many other national/state parks. It was spacious, clean, and well stocked. We liked the fact that it was a ranch, so grandpa was able to move around without having to worry about stairs. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, walkable to a coffee shop and grocery store. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!

Great location!
Location was great as it was a short 30 minutes to Zion National Park! Really close to coffee which was a big perk! The neighborhood was super quiet and safe and the house was very clean. Only downside was very slow internet (my s/o was still working on our trip). Other than that, I would definitely stay again!
