Montrose is the old Neartown center of Houston, It is the crossroad of all aspects in the city's cultural, musical, technical and Government making of this beautiful city. The area becomes lively at night and opens up a ton of experiences.

What makes this property unique
Besides all the comfort upgrades I put into it when I gut renovated the place, the pool remains my favorit part of the house for the quality of life it provides.
