As the owners of the house, we are very serious about the quality and management of each reservation. We strike to provide the best vacation house experience. Fresh and cleaned bed linens are provided for each check-in. All used bed sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases are washed and disinfected every time when guests check out. We got most of our bedding sheets and duvet covers from well known brand names such as Calvin Klein & DKNY to provide best and most comfortable and high quality material for our guests. You would feel the house just like your own home and have your own privacy.
The Unit is in a stylish, contemporary Craftsman brand new home, beautifully, designed & maintained with new furnishings and appliances by the owner of the house . You'll have the whole rear unit (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms),There are 4 bedrooms with three queen beds, Two twin beds and one twin size folding bed. Open space for dining, kitchen and living area. Kitchen has well appliances , beautiful quartz countertop with stylish décor art tiles kitchen backsplash. There is nothing more impressive than an open space (kitchen, dinning area and living room) that takes advantage of a beautiful back yard view. 6 Ft wide window brings bright lighting for whole house. You would enjoy breakfast in such a beautiful morning while you enjoy the beautiful rear yard view through the large window. Room For All

Great property, location, updated well, plenty of soaps, detergents, ect. The only issues were lack of silverware and the pillows we flat and lumpy. If they solved these two issues, it would be a 5 star from our family!

All sponges in unit were dirty- none clean available. Dust caked on coffee table. Only 3 regular sized glasses in unit so we had to buy disposable cups. Only one fry pan that was warped and very old. Only 2 dishwasher table left in unit for 4 day stay. Trash cans were not where check out instructions specified.

Cozy home near downtown San Jose

This a great unit that offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The unit had all the necessities and the host was easy to communicate with and check-in was very simple. We had a little trouble figuring out which remotes worked for the tv, but through trial and error was able to figure it out pretty quickly.

Small but very accommodating

Updated small charmer. The home had what we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The neighborhood was a bit underwhelming but still felt safe and very walkable. Comfy furniture and stocked well with items you need for your stay. Will definitely keep this home on our list for future visits to San Jose.

Cozy getaway for 4

The weather cooperated and made our evenings on the patio memorable. We 3 sisters and a cousin enjoyed being able to walk to the Vegetarian place for lunch. Billy's was a short drive with fun antique shops nearby. Dinners were simple home cooked fare in the kitchen, but we had to run the dishwasher nightly for utensils and dishware. We each had our own bedroom and the walk in shower on the lower level was heavenly.

San Jose September twenty to twenty third

The original price for this four bedroom apartment was for three nights at a reasonable level. When we indicated the size of our group it significantly jumped. The explanation was unsatisfactory. Believe the information should be available initially for comparison purposes. Additionally the bedrooms were small and had to crawl over partner or end of bed to sleep. Also beds were noisy when just turning over. Pots and pans needed cleaning before use. No teaspoons available and other silverware was minimal. Do not recommend this property.

Perfect Stay near Airport and Downtown

This Home Unit was very clean, every room was updated, and they had everything we could need. The covered parking on a driveway was also so appreciated. Great experience, we could not have been happier staying there, thank you for everything!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed the house. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there were plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. If you have kids, be aware that there are no kid friendly dishes and the drinking glasses are really heavy glass. It's not an issue if you aren't traveling with little ones. We loved walking through the quiet neighborhood and admiring the gardens.

Perfect spot to anchor!

We were headed to San Jose for a wedding weekend and decided to extend our stay to tour around the area. Tina's home was the perfect spot for us to settle in for the week and then to take day trips north to Muir Woods / Stinson Beach / Sausalito / San Francisco and west to Henry Cowell Redwoods/ Natural Bridges Beach / Santa Cruz! The home is as pictured: completely updated, clean, and tidy. We rented this 4-bdrm "back unit" with the outside patio area, while our friends were able to get the 3-bdrm front unit. The location was close to San Jose State University and our kids enjoyed having access to the city's scooters (which they rode in their suits to the wedding!) Tina provides all of the necessities (soaps, shampoo, TP, paper towels, linens, iron/ironing board, etc) which is very helpful when flying in from across the country. The closets were empty and stocked with hangers for us to unpack. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen and really appreciated the Starbucks coffee that was provided as well. Comfortable, clean and welcoming - a great week!

San Jose House

We had a lovely time at the property. The property was clean and the property manager was easy to get a hold of. The property is small but that is clearly called out in the listing. We had 7 adults and managed just fine thanks to the sectional in the living room. There was a scarcity of silverware and glasses so we had to wash frequently and the DW was not attached properly so it tilted forward out of the cabinet but we reported that to Tina and I am sure she will have it repaired. Overall a lovely stay and the property was fit for purpose.

Wedding in California

My sisters ,and my husband and I stayed here while in San Jose for my son's wedding. This was the perfect house. Everyone had their own bedroom and the 3 bathrooms made is very convenient. We were there for several days and enjoyed cooking family dinners in the well appointed kitchen. Loved sitting on the back patio after a busy day. Conveniently located. Close to the airport and downtown San Jose. The house was perfect. Just as pictured. Tina was very responsive and easy to work with. She is a great host.

Easy breezy San Jose stay

This place suited our varied needs very well. We had a little friends dinner on the patio which was extremely pleasant. We had a WFH person who used the upstairs desk nook with great success. The place is located close to downtown and freeways and the airport so San Jose travel is easy breezy and yet the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. All in all just right!

Excellent!

This was the perfect spot for our extended family of 6 to stay while in town for our daughter’s graduation from SCU. Really nice place and a great layout with 4BR and 3 BA. It’s well-stocked with everything you might need, and we enjoyed sitting at the table outside in the evenings. Communication with the host was great.

Why they chose this property

One of the reason I really like downtown San Jose above most houses is that it's over 100 years old but every house there has its unique style and own character.
I'm the designer of this house, transforming this 100+ year old house last year from every corner of the interior and the exterior. I worked on this house for a year. My ideal home is a home with engaging aesthetics. I tried to keep its historical craftsmanship but brought a new idea of creating a contemporary look to this house as well!

Hopefully, all the guests love the home as well!
