The townhouse looks out onto the Megunticook River yet is tucked a block off busy and noisy Route 1. Parking is right at your door and an ice cream stand is steps away. Location, Location, Location. Right in downtown with dedicated on site parking. Quiet yet steps to the shops and restaurants. Lots of space with extras like washer and dryer. The decks bring the outdoors in, but with air conditioning you are always comfortable. Homey yet modern. Newly renovated.
What makes this property unique
Love being able to take advantage of all Camden has to offer. I love the decks where I can sit and watch the neighborhood. No need to cook, restaurants are so close and so are bookstores! Relaxing and quiet.
