Why they chose this property
I love my neighborhood because of it's walk/bike ability and that the HOA requires 30 days or longer for rentals, creating a quieter and more neighborhood feeling.

In the heart of the Westside with easy access to all that Bend has to offer (Deschutes River float, mt. bike trails, Mt Bachelor, hiking, Old Mill, downtown, breweries, dinning and amphitheater)
