Palazzo 806 is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a daybed, ideally located right on the Gulf of Mexico’s sandy beaches. Perfect for up to 9 guests, this beachfront getaway offers everything you need for a memorable stay, including community amenities and proximity to great dining and local attractions.

As you enter, you’ll be welcomed by a relaxed coastal atmosphere and stunning Gulf views. The cozy living area features a queen-sized sleeper sofa for extra convenience and a TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, from a toaster and Keurig coffee maker to a refrigerator with an ice maker. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for six, or grab a quick bite at the adjacent breakfast bar with two bar stools. For a peaceful start to your day, sip coffee on the Gulf-front balcony, where two lounge chairs and a table await, all with panoramic views of the beach and the soothing sounds of the waves. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, making longer stays more comfortable.

A starter set of amenities is provided: The kitchen includes paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen wipes, trash liners, and laundry pods. Each bathroom has toilet paper, facial and bath soaps, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels include one body towel and washcloth per guest, plus two hand towels per bathroom.
