As you arrive to the property, you have a huge parking area that is right next to the entrance to your stay.
2nd FLOOR Apartment. Only stairs are 3 steps leading up to the main door, then stairs to the second floor.

Any guests that are booking without prior reviews or less than 4.8 stars are subject to a $100 security deposit.
Back Door is for emergency exit only.
We stock up the VRBO with supplies to help kickstart your stay, from there you are responsible to replenish any items as you continue your stay.
