Easy 10 minute walk or even faster golf cart ride to the beach and few steps from community pool. Driveway parking for up to 6 cars. Private access to launch water sports in intercoastal. Less then 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk to Sweetgrass Spa, Golf Course, Exercise facility, Shopping and Art gallery, Marina, and a myriad of restaurants. Bicycles (beach and road), kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs and indoor, outdoor and beach games, exercise area in garage with peloton, hydrow, treadmill and weights included.
