About the host
Hosted by Brian Jerome

We have lived in Brandon for over 25 years and have raised our family here. We are producers of K-12 science education video curriculum distributed to schools around the country. We also own The Granary in Brandon - a center for creative endeavors with 14 artist studios and small businesses. In addition to our businesses, Stephanie is a former legislator with the VT House of Representatives and Brian renovates and restores local properties. Our hobbies are gardening, skiing, canoeing and all outdoor activities.
Why they chose this property
The home has wonderful views, and is located on a quiet road. We live across the street and have enjoy this location and community. Brandon is a unique small town of 4,000 people with a vibrant community, great restaurants, shops, breweries, and all the services one needs like a grocery store, pharmacy, bookstore, banks and more.
What makes this property unique
The house has been fully renovated with new electric and plumbing throughout. The kitchen is spacious with new gray cabinets, butcher block countertops and new appliances. Located just off the kitchen is a lovely sun room, overlooking the pastures behind the home. There is large living room with views of the Green Mountains. The first bedroom has a queen bed and three closets, and the second bedroom has a x-large closet. The home also has a mudroom with closet, adorable office and large linen closet. All within easy walking, biking or driving distance to town.
