Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen size bed. 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom has a balcony with a view of the forest and wildlife ponds. Two double and one single futon in addition to one large couch and two love seats. Fully furnished kitchen. 52' TV with laserdisck (300+ titles), DVD player and stereo. Wifi. Two large decks. Fenced yard. Hot tub with stereo. Two futons in entry room for additional guests. Ample off street parking. 100 forested acres with maintained trails. Total payment due 14 days prior to arrival; however, late bookings can be made up to seven days prior to arrival.

Avid lover of the hardwood ecological environment. 2007 Indiana Outstanding Tree Farm of the Year. 2009 North Central Regional Outstanding Tree Farm of the Year. Retired from Indiana University in 2010. I play in the woods, that's what I do.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this property as the last parcel of the original farm dating back to the 1860s. It is now part of our 103 acre managed forest. Enjoy your stay with access to the forested trails, wildlife ponds, birdwatching observation towers and still be within easy driving distance of all Brown and Monroe counties have to offer.
What makes this property unique
Enjoy all that nature and the surrounding communities have to offer during the day and a relaxing hot tub in the evening followed up by a movie on the large screen TV, listen to your favorite music, or just visit with family and friends.
