My name is Ebtesam (Sam), I'm a mother of 3 adults who no longer live home. My hubby, myself and our sweet dog Kookie live downstairs. We have 3 large bedrooms upstairs. We are only starting to rent out 2 rooms. This listing is for room #2 pool view. Smart TV, large closet.
Why they chose this property
We moved to Wildomar 6 years ago, after 50 years in LA. We retired and needed a place that's Quiet, and farm living surrounding us. Breathing the clean air and the most beautiful panoramic Mountain views.
What makes this property unique
One room upstairs in our beautiful home , built in 2005 with 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms plus a private detached Casita. A beautiful sparkling salt water pool and Spa. It's just my retirement heaven. Come and see what I'm talking about friends
