This Mediterranean narrow stone house balances contemporary lifestyle and traditional habits. Enjoy your herbal tea while observing the shimmering sea and easygoing movie scenes in the heart of old town. Ideal for a group of three.
The house is on the Island of Zlarin, a car free environment which is great for multiple reasons - just think about letting your kids roam, play and explore the island freely.
One gets to the island by a boat/ferry (25min ride) from the city of Sibenik.
The space
This Mediterranean narrow stone house balances contemporary lifestyle and traditional habits. Enjoy your herbal tea while observing the shimmering sea and easygoing movie scenes in the heart of island Zlarin. The house spreads on three levels. The ground floor occupies the kitchen with a dining table, metal stove and a restroom. Spruce staircase guides you to the first floor which holds one bedroom and a fully equipped 2.5m2 bathroom (lavatory, shower, toilet). On your way to the second floor you will stumble upon a yellow gradient bookshelf full of art and design literature. Please handle them with care! :) The top floor room fits an oak double size bed with antique wardrobe cabinet. BONUS is a broad view over Zlarin bay area. Hope you enjoy your stay @SpruceHouse!

A table with fresh local produce is located in front of the house. Groceries store is approx. 3 min away and the GO TO gastro locations are tavern Aldura and tavern Prslika.
