Beautiful Four Bedroom Home Near DePauw Campus

IF YOU HAVE A PET, PLEASE LET US KNOW. THERE IS A SMALL FEE. Four bedroom, 3 full bath ranch in beautiful neighborhood minutes from campus and restaurants. Two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with full size bed on the main floor—each with its own full bathroom. Fully finished basement has two bedrooms that share full bathroom. Family room with TV both upstairs and in the basement. 2 friendly indoor cats live in the home and will be present. THEY WILL BE IN THE HOUSE. They are very friendly, but still have their claws. Just a precaution. I would suggest putting any luggage up off the floor as they might lie down on it. The space Ranch house with basement, front porch with swing, back porch with seating area, swingset, trampoline. USE TRAMPOLINE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Guest access The house is fully open to guests. We have a full finished basement with tv room, bar, workout space and toy room. Bart has mini fridge you may use. Other things to note This is our primary residence, so it is truly our home. We make alternate arrangements when home is booked and will not be present. As stated above, two friendly cats live in the home and will be present. They have claws. They love to be pet on the head, just be cautious of any belly rubs, they like to play!

Excellent VRBO option in Greencastle

We stayed here for a family wedding weekend event at 3 Fat Labs Event Center (~15 minutes away). The house was everything we needed. It was in a nice, safe subdivision with plenty of parking available for our 4 vehicles. The home easily slept 8, was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We had deer in the back yard, which was a wonderful unexpected perk. The 2 cats Amy and Ashley were precious and loved attention. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Truly enjoyed the Greencastle area in general and would have enjoyed more time to explore. Take the 20 minute drive to Cataract Falls if you get a chance.

Perfect DePauw graduation weekend

I booked this facility a year in advance and I’m so glad that I did as something this perfect for a graduation weekend would’ve been snapped up quickly. The house is very clean, very comfortable and accommodates many people. The owners were fantastic to work with and extremely generous. I highly recommend this to anyone especially DePauw families.

Rose Hulman Graduation

Jared was wonderful communicating with us and the house was a great environment for celebration for our son's graduation from Rose Hulman. The house was cozy, the pictures of the house were accurate. The kitchen was roomy and the house was comfortable. The house has many pictures around so it felt like you were in your own home! The rooms were spacious and the master bathroom was extremely spacious. The downstairs TV room was comfortable and served us well to live stream the graduation! Jared does mention they have two cats that remain at the property. FYI The cats were not a problem; however, they were around during our time in the house. I kinda thought they were like garage cats or outdoor cats, but they were in fact indoor cats. If you have anyone in your party with cat allergies this will be an issue. We did have a person in our group visiting during the day with allergies, but we just moved our celebration outside which alleviated her symptoms. We enjoyed the house and may have another child attending Rose next year. If he does attend we will be using this house again for our future graduation celebrations. It is about 35 minutes from Indianapolis Airport and about 35 minutes from Rose Hulman Campus. .

STOP LOOKING — READ THIS.

If you are in the Greencastle area, THIS is the destination you’re looking for. Wether it’s some friends looking to hang out, or a family looking to go on vacation. You will not find a more beautiful, spacious, friendly hosts than this one!. The pictures do not do it justice it’s very big and spacious, the house was in amazingly clean condition when we checked in. There was a binder left with instructions and directions how to operate everything in the house and he had things in the house labeled so we would know what’s private and what’s not. 10/10 loved the host, the house in an a amazing neighborhood and everything from Walmart, fast food, gas stations are all within 1 mile of the property. If you are hesitate about this house hopefully this review will help you make your decision and if you have ANY questions just message Jared he is GREAT!!
