Historic neighborhood featured in many movies: “Departed”, “Town”, “Silver Linings Playbook”, etc. Close to everything Boston has to offer! Less then 10 mins drive to downtown Boston and plenty of street parking spots available!

Why they chose this property
This beautiful historic home with multiple units is in a great location. We did extensive renovation and tried to preserve it’s original hostoric charm - woodwork of last century Irish immugrants!
What makes this property unique
This property is organic combination of old and new! It has incredibly extensive high end renovation yet historic charm. Great location!
