Guests will have access to the entire unit except for a supply closet. You will also have access to the resort's shared amenities, including the BBQ, heated pool and hot tub, parking, and the coin-operated laundry machine.

Located in the heart of Canmore, Mystic Springs offers a balance of adventures and accessibility. The charming mountain retreat is minutes away from downtown Canmore, where you'll find a variety of local cafes, boutique shops, and art galleries. For outdoor enthusiasts, the area has different hiking spots and is minutes away from ski resorts. The town offers something for everyone!

Known for scenery, outdoor activities, and wildlife, Canmore has been a primary vacation destination for couples and families with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests to bring their car to see all Canmore has to offer.

-There is a shared coin laundry near the pool.

-The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second level, so guests must be able to walk upstairs. There is no lift or elevator.

-Pool availability is weather dependent.

-The pool and hot tub are closed and anticipated to be completed by the end of April for a major mechanical system restoration.

-Shared BBQ and laundry are not available.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
Welcome to your unit home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbours, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

2. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

3. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

4. This unit has a maximum capacity of 8 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

5. NO PETS allowed.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #3 as it will be based on the nightly rate).


6. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

7. Please check your belongings before you leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
