Penthouse apartment for 4 people with sea view next to perfect beach
Perfect place for those wanting a friendly atmosphere, peace and quiet overlooking a breath-taking view of the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment has 100m2. Is intended for 4 people and consist of 2 bed rooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms ( on with shower other only toilet ), open space living room and kitchen ( dish washer, owen, hob, coffee-machine, microwave, large fridge ) large balcony with table and chairs and Sea view , air-condition, washing machine, SAT TV.
Outside grill.
This little oasis of peace is located only 8 km from Dubrovnik and is reachable from the City by a regular bus service, the ride taking some 20 minutes.
A unique promenade, a few kilometres long, divides the bay into two places, Štikovica - Zaton Mali and Zaton Veliki (Small and Big Zaton).
Veliki Zaton has a post office, bank, shops, bars and restaurants.
What you will not find in Zaton are large hotels and crowds, so if you are looking for a place to relax, you will certainly be delighted with Zaton.
Here you can enjoy various activities such as walking, jogging, diving, climbing, surfing and windsurfing.
