Velkommen - Topflite Golf Retreat

Located in the Sunriver, Oregon year-round resort community, this beautiful home overlooks the Woodlands Golf Course driving range. Airy, lots of windows; living, dining and kitchen areas are open so your entire party can be included in activities. Large deck, with BBQs. Bedrooms are spacious with large bathrooms.
The home is a reverse-living plan, main floor upstairs, fully stocked kitchen, large dining area, living room. Deck is on upper level which affords more privacy and overlooks the golf driving range (and viewing the deer and elk graze). It has central heating and air conditioning, gas fireplace in living room. Downstairs has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a great-room with a wood burning stove and large windows overlooking the driving range. Under the deck is a sitting area and Jacuzzi hot tub.

Very dated property

Lots of dog hair on throws and floors Had to wash them and vacuum floors Lots of dust - patio table and chairs filthy Hot water heater didn't work - plumber came 2nd day and fixed No SHARC passes No air in bikes tires and manual pump didn't work King bed downstairs Extremely Uncomfortable No tv's in adults bedrooms No keurig coffeemaker-bring your own ground coffee

Road trip to Sunriver

This is our second time in Sunriver. With a trip to Kauai cancelled due to Covid 19 we decided at the last minute to go back and visit Sunriver. This time our family of 4 invited the grandparents and brother in law. All 7 of us enjoyed our stay in your house. Highlights of this house is the big kitchen and large back patio. It’s a great place to bbq, have a drink and eat your dinner. We would watch the deer come visit every morning and evening. My son enjoyed hitting all the golf balls that landed on the property from the driving range. I am an avid runner and biker, so enjoyed running the river loop and riding the Deschutes river trail with my son. All from the end of the street. I also appreciated the use of the garage for our bikes and parking a car. although you did have a lot of bikes, we did borrow one for my father in law.

Very nice rental home in Sunriver

We are long term renters in Sunriver and as the years have gone by we have gotten picky about what we want in a house. This house delivered for us. This is a very nice house for a large group. The house is very well stocked with just about anything you need. The kitchen is very well stocked and big enough for a few cooks to share. There are spices and incidentals left in the pantry which was very appreciated. The beds were all comfortable and the house was very clean and updated. The air conditioning worked well and the reverse living is really nice --bedrooms are downstairs and stay cool in the summer. The deck is big and we had plenty of seating. The only note I would make is that access to the bunk room is through the downstairs king bedroom. You can also access it from the outside but to get to the bathroom you have to cut through. It wasn't a big deal but it is worth noting. We would deinitely rent this house again. The owner was very responsive and provided timely updates and helpful information.

Lovely and comfortable home.

There are so many wonderful amenities to this home. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Up-to-date: I have 3 grown sons, 4-grandchildren, 1-great-grandchild; retired as a business/economics professor, superior court admin. finance assist., and small business owner.

What makes this property unique

If you are not familiar with Sunriver, you MUST visit. This is a family oriented year-round vacation-destination community. Summer activities include; mountain biking, kayaking, canoeing (Deschutes River), resort aquatics center, hiking, 32+miles of biking trails (within Sunriver), mountain trail biking, skiing (Mt.Bachelor), snow-shoeing, and great micro-breweries and restaurants! A few minutes drive to Bend where there are more brewery, restaurants, and activities.
