About this property
Serene Lakefront Retreat - 3 bedroom, pet-friendly, private, boat access
Have the perfect Maine getaway at this fully renovated lakeside cabin nestled on a private 1.5-acre sanctuary. Featuring three spacious bedrooms and two generously sized bathrooms, our cabin is perfect for families, friend groups, or couples seeking a peaceful and fun lake retreat.
Wake up to the sound of loons and misty morning views of the pristine lake, enjoy your morning coffee on the expansive deck, or spend your days exploring the surrounding wilderness or relaxing by the water.
The spacious and open cabin sits on 1.5 acres of forested land, providing lots of privacy from any neighbors while still being close to the Chemo Pond community.
THE LAKEFRONT PATIO
The outdoor patio overlooks the best view of the lake, with adirondack chairs and space for 5-8 people. Underneath the patio is a covered dining area and grill for enjoying lakeside meals.
There is a large dock and swimming dock for enjoying the water. It can be rocky, so water shoes are advised. The lake varies in water level so there is a small hill to walk down from the house when the water is low.
THE HOUSE
The downstairs features an open concept kitchen with all the tools and gear you need to make family meals. It also includes a great coffee machine and tea necessities to keep your crew caffeinated.
- The living area is cozy with a large couch and many chairs to gather around the TV for movie nights.
- There are 2 bedrooms downstairs
- The primary bedroom has a queen bed and small couch, both are brand new and extremely comfortable.
- The secondary downstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds, perfect for kids or adults with any mobility issues.
- The primary bathroom is downstairs and has access through the primary bedroom and also from the exterior for easy post-lake showers. It has a full tub and shower and second shower for quick post-swim rinse-offs and cleaning the dog.
- The upstairs also has a 1/2 bath that is great for use by the upstairs bedroom guests.
- The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and large desk area for working remotely.
- The upstairs also has a loft space with a full size daybed and separate TV watching area - perfect for kids who want to watch their own movies.
