All the amenities needed for a great, pleasing and comfortable vacation. Central air conditioning, gas stone fireplace, quality beds, sheets and linens, beautifully design and decorated, with chef's kitchen. Kitchen includes 2 sinks, 2 stove( one gas, one electric), 2 dishwashers, microwave, and is fully stocked. It opens to the dining area where there is seating for 16, all overlooking the fireplace and family room with views. Large 16x20 screen porch and open deck overlooking the marsh/water with beautiful sunsets. Outside fire pit for roasting marsh mellows. Ist floor bedroom and bath for the elderly that doesn't want to climb stairs, and Ist and 2nd floor laundry's. Only two blocks to Pine Point Beach that runs 7 mile, or take the trolley to Old Orchard Beach and the famous pier and amusement area. Short walk to 4 restaurants or a short drive into a great foodie town of Portland with many James Beard ward chefs, Boston Red Sox Seadog baseball and Old Port shopping. Long weekend at the beach

Enjoyed our stay at the condo near the beach. our water view was of the marsh, which was fine with us. Access to the ocean was just a short walk away. The condo had everything we needed. had a problem with the stove which our hosts took care of right away. there were four of us isnd the place accommodated us quite well and would be a great spot for a larger group that included children..

Family Gathering

Shared a getaway with our family and the property suited us just fine. I had easy access to the beach, was an easy drive to local restaurants, and not far to Portland. The house was well equipped and made for a fun time with our family.

Beautiful house with great location

We had a multi-generational vacation in October. This house is set up for plenty of people. The house was roomy and the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated us all very well with privacy and gathering spaces for everyone as desired. The screened in porch and 3rd floor deck were also fabulous. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the Marsh view from the house is very nice.

Perfect for our group of 12

Lots of room for big family meals, two sets of laundry machines, located close to beach and Eastern State Trail system, great communication with property manager and much more. This house was ideal for our large family gathering which included 10 adults and two children. Highly recommend.

Pine point Fun

Drew’s house is lovely. The main living area had plenty of seating for our crowd and the kitchen was big enough for more than one person could be cooking. We enjoyed the location - a short walk to the beach, pickle ball and bike trails nearby, and it’s close enough to Old Orchard Beach. Lovely view of the marsh😁

Perfect size

We have 3 generations of extended family that stayed for the week. There was plenty of room and the extra bathrooms were beneficial - no waiting for showers. Back screened in porch was a favorite hangout for the week with seats for everyone. Great location on the marsh but just steps to the beach.

Fantastic House!

Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 young kids…2 dogs) really enjoyed our stay in this spacious house. Easy check-in. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The house is comfortably decorated and has plenty of roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. The dining table was large enough for us all. Screened porch is a great feature and the upper porch has great views. The home is just a short walk to the beach, which is a great beach for kids and adults. Drew takes good care of this renters. Highly recommended.

Love this spot! Between the marsh and the beach, beautiful views and easy walk to the beach. Lovely bedrooms and baths. Plenty of room for our 3 generations. Great screened porch and huge table for family dinners. We will be back!

Family Reunion Beach Vacation

Reunion week for our family with people coming from NJ, MA, NY, OK, and ME. Great location to Pine Point Beach, easy walk even for the 3y/o!! Enjoyed family dinners on the screen porch overlooking the marsh with a table that sat 9 adults and 2 kids; high chair was added plus for the youngest. Beds very comfortable and plenty of baths for all; could use more towels. Younger families appreciated the washer-dryer sets. We mostly cooked in and kitchen well equipped but there’s a need for either a food pantry or available empty cabinets to store food.

This property had everything! The beach was just a walk away, the yard was well maintained and there is plenty of space for the whole family. The fact that everyone had their own bathrooms and large bedrooms made it very convenient.

Pine point getaway in Maine

We recently had the pleasure of renting an amazing house in Maine, just minutes from the beach. The location was perfect for our vacation, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful coastline with ease. The house itself was spacious, providing plenty of room for our entire group to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely stunning, making every morning and evening special. The cleanliness of the property was good, which made our stay even more comfortable. Additionally, there was ample parking available, which was a huge plus for us. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable beachside getaway in Maine. Adele

Maine Friends Trip

This house was gorgeous and perfect. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. We absolutely loved our stay. Steps from the ocean and walking distance to many yummy restaurants. Uber was available as well and easy to access. No complaints at all!!

A Perfect Place to Gather

A dozen family members from across the country gathered as a memorial to our brother, cousin, and uncle (he passed in November of 2023). Over 4 days, we cooked together, played music, sang, and told stories in his honor; and this home made it all easy. The home couldn't have been more perfect with its wide open first floor plan and large kitchen accommodating many cooks, and two dishwashers and sinks. The two bathroom options on the first floor - one full and one with a washer and dryer and toilet are a plus. Both are a short straight walk from the first floor bedroom across the front of the home and behind the kitchen. Everything is exactly as shown in the online photos (with a note that the open first floor is actually larger than it appears in the photos). The house was well-supplied with lots of pots and pans, dishware, and two coffee-making options. The big gas stove and 2 ovens came in very handy. Our family slept well in the bedrooms and appreciated their well-appointed private baths. Our crowd took advantage of the screened porch, the outdoor spaces, and we took a number of sunset photos from the third floor deck overlooking the marsh. Despite it being mid-April, we took many walks and enjoyed the short 5-minute walk to the beach. The train crossing the marsh is magical. Special recognition and thanks to Michael who was responsible for the spotless home. We have three OCD clean freaks in the family and we give the cleanliness of this home a perfect 10.

Post Christmas Getaway

Spacious, comfortable house. Bedrooms on all three floors which worked perfectly for our group. Location was great, two blocks from the ocean, and marshes behind the house. Good central spot to explore Southern Maine.
