Excellent séjour!

Appartement très agréable,douillet ,frais,sans vis- à- vis,avec une belle vue sur les montagnes,la plage à 200m .... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . Jésus est attentif , attentionné et fort sympathique. Nous reviendrons surement . Karim et Mouna.

Très agréable séjour

Idéalement situé, proche de la plage , et des commerces ainsi que du cœur de la ville pour aller se restaurer... L'accès sécurisé au bâtiment et le fait d'avoir un parking est vraiment un plus . La grande terrasse bénéficie de toiles lui permettant d'être à l'ombre et sous le soleil d'Espagne c'est vraiment important . L'ensemble de la résidence est très propre et entretenu . Merci à l'accueil de Jésus extrêmement serviable et toujours joignable . A savoir l'électricité est en plus apparemment c'est souvent le cas en Espagne mais nous ne le savions pas . Nous y retournerons avec plaisir

terraza espectacular

Es un apartamento amplio con una terraza espectacular que te permite hacer vida cotidiana al aire libre dentro de una urbanización bien cuidada y con vistas al Castillo de Denia y la Sierra del Montgo. A unos 300 metros de la playa y unos 20 minutos de paseo al centro de Denia. Jesus muy amable y profesional.

Location conforme à nos attentes, séjour top!

Tout s'est bien passé, Jesus est très agréable et disponible pour tout et reactif à liessue du sejour par exemple pour la restitution de la caution, etc... Nous avons passé un super séjour à Denia, ville charmante avec plein de choses à faire et des visites aux alentours La location était très bien, la climatisation appréciée bien que nous ne l'ayons finalement peu utilisé La piscine a ravi les enfants et nous mêmes d'ailleurs! La plage est vraiment toute proche et très belle et on en profite vraiment car les plages sont immenses Bref nous recommandons sans problème et remercions Jesus pour tout!

Gran apartamento

Es un gran apartamento y bien situado. Esta a 5 minutos andando de la playa y 10 del centro del pueblo. Una terraza espectacular . Urbanización tranquila. Hemos pasado una agradable semana

sehr gut gelegene Ferienwohnung in Denia

Wir (Ehepaar mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern 23 und 19 Jahre) haben in dieser Ferienwohnung einen sehr schönen Urlaub verlebt. Die Einrichtung entspricht den Fotos auf dieser Internetseite und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Küche bietet alles, was man so braucht. Die ganze Ferienanlage ist sehr gepflegt, einschließlich des Pools und der Außenanlagen. Besonders begeistert hat uns der sehr große Balkon. Er ist ca.! 10 x 3 Meter groß, bietet- wenn gewünscht- durch die Markise auf ganzer Länge einen sehr guten Sonnenschutz. Es war herrlich draußen zu frühstücken und abends dort gemütlich zu sitzen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Gut fünf Minuten Gehweg zum langen flach abfallenden Sandstrand und ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß durch einen Tunnel unter der Burg in das Zentrum von Denia mit sehr vielen gemütlich Tapas-Bars - besser geht´s nicht. Ein großer Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der Nähe (z.B. für die morgentlichen Brötchen). Unter der Ferienanlage befindet sich eine moderne Tiefgarage , in der wir unser Mietauto sicher abstellen konnten. Ein Aufzug führt von dort direkt zu den Wohnungen. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr zuverlässiger, freundlicher , hilfsbereiter Spanier . Mit ihm konnten wir uns in englischer Sprache sehr gut verständigen. Über Handy war er jederzeit gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Abwicklung schon vor dem Urlaub per Mail war prima. Auch die Rückzahlung der Kaution erfolgte prompt auf unser Konto. Denia ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen, das noch sehr viel Charme hat, anders als viele andere typische Touristenorte.

Buena relación calidad/precio, cerca de todo

El apartamento esta en muy buenas condiciones y bien equipado tanto de mobilariario en general como de utensilios de cocina, para lavar la ropa, etc. Esta muy completo. La terraza es de la mejor del apartamento, muy amplia y con una mesa grande y bastantes sillas, ideal para comer fuera. El parking dentro del mismo edificio esta muy bien ya que puede subir directamente en ascensor al piso, sobre todo para tema compras. La piscina y zonas comunes estan bastante bien. En lo relativo a ubicación, está super cerca de la playa y también del centro de la ciudad. Se llega a todos estos sitios facilmente andando. El mercadona tambien esta como a 10 minutos andando. El trato con el propietario ha sido muy correcto y la devolución de la fianza ha sido muy rápida, sin ningún problema. Os aconsejo que mireis bien las condiciones económicas que se especifican en el anuncio, para contar con los gastos de limpieza y de consumo electrico, ya que se facturan a parte.

Great vacation place in Denia - Costa Blanca!

My brother and I had a great time in this 2 bedroom apartment. The place is very clean, spacious and comfortable with all amenities you could wish for while on vacation. The three building property is well taken care of by friendly staff. The rental process was smooth and simple. Jesus, the property owner met with us at the property at the agreed time and showed us around. He explained everything and we quickly felt like home in the apartment. We rented a car and explored Denia's surroundings as well as Valencia, Barcelona and Alicante The underground garage was super convenient and the pool always clean and ready for a refreshing swim. Thank you Jesus for making our stay so memorable and comfortable! We will come back! Mark and Peter

Great Holiday Apartment for absolutely reasonable

This is very good, decent size apartment with 2 full size bathrooms. Balcony is huge size and basically represent like one more full size room in the apartment, actually is biggest room in the apartment. Pool in apartment complex is very good and well maintained. Apartment is located in one of the best locations in Dènia, across of main entrance to the beach and only 300 meters away from the entrance to the beach. Owner of the apartment is very friendly and helpful in all citations which can arose during your stay in the apartment. Also it is worth of mentioning that in the apartment complex is available underground garage, cost of which is included in apartment's rent. this is very helpful because free parking is big problem in Dènia. Overall, I can repeat that this is great rental property for absolutely reasonable price.
