This Platinum, slopeside residence offers a wood burning fireplace, gourmet kitchen with gas range, a wet bar, four guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, two with a king size bed, the third with a twin-over-full bunk bed and trundle, the fourth with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. Additional features include direct elevator access, a desk/work space, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, underground parking for one vehicle and easy access to the slopes from the private ski locker room.

Guests will appreciate spectacular mountain views from the furnished deck (with BBQ), and enjoy walking to Beaver Creek Village, complimentary resort shuttle service and use of an outdoor pool and hot tubs. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.

Lovely rooms, spacious, great access to the mountain. W/D broke on day one and a fix was going to take days but staff offered to wash and dry our laundry for the duration which was great.

Wonderful month

It’s obviously been rented for years, but was comfortably used. Everyone relaxed and enjoyed. We had everything we needed, made dinner for 13 one night and had all the dishes and flatware and glasses we needed. Beds were very comfortable,and linens nice. The location is perfect, summer or winter . We stayed 4 weeks and no matter who came to visit they loved it

2nd year at McCoy

Second year staying here with 2 families, 10 total. Everyone had. Place to sleep, plenty of space, perfect views. Ease of skiing down to ski school or after a long day on the slopes, skiing/boarding back to the lockers. Walking down the mountain is easy and a great workout to get to the village. Only complaint is it would be nice to have 2 parking spots for such a large condo. Our other family had trouble parking in the lower lot, as it was always full. Had to park at the Westin for a lot of money, so considering the price of the condo, 2 free spots guaranteed would be nice. Overall, we love this condo and location!

The Perfect Location @ BC

There could not be a more perfect Condo at Beaver Creek than here. The location was absolutely the best Ski in/Ski out on the mountain. The Condo itself was 1st Class. We will 100% book again.

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was temperature control. It was either too hot or too cold. Otherwise, a wonderful experience.

Perfect

The location was great for our party of 8. We had a combination of advance skiers and first time snowboarder and all were able to ski in and ski out.
