You can’t get closer to a private beach without the beach front price tag! Longboat has monthly rentals but will rent for less , and block the time , please contact us !! This lovely, spacious villa is nestled in a waterfront community on Longboat Key, just minutes to the beach. From a screened in lanai, you enter your private oasis with a sense of calm. No stairs to climb, and direct parking out front, makes your trips to the store or schlepping in your bags easy. Everything you need is already here, it’s just like home, only better. There’s Wi-Fi available if you have to connect, just make it for fun only you're on vacation! This beautifully remodeled 2/2 retreat with areas to hang out front and back, is plenty big enough to accommodate 6 people comfortably so bring friends and family, kids are welcome ! Please contact us for renting other than 30 days.
