650 sq ft 2 bedroom 1 bath Condo. Maximum occupancy 3 persons. No smoking in condo however a breezeway just outside is an excellent smoking area. Kitchen includes microwave, coffee maker, toaster,refrigerator,dishes and utensils, 5 gallon bottle water dispenser and 2 nuwave cook tops with pans. Living room includes flat screen TV with cable and wifi. Dining area is a large mahogany bar top with seating for 4. A. Large stereo system also included. Additional TV is located in the master Bedroom. Tiled bathroom has large shower with shower seat. Carrier air conditioner has remote and every room has a ceiling fan with light. Private covered golf cart parking just outside door. Excellent dining just 40 meters away at blue lagoon, ramones, or hurricanes, Piers close by for diving, snorkeling, fishing and other water excursions. Carlos & Ernies runaway bar pub located just across coconut drive. Optional laundry and maid services are available at modest prices. Linen and towels furnished. Local manager speaks English and Spanish and has 20 years experience in hotel management. She is well equipped to make your stay comfortable and worry free. Close to Romas Village, behind the Walk-Mart and across the street from the airstrip. 2 bedroom and 1 bath with small kitchen. Water is warm but "hot" for american standards.

Juan the property Mgr (not the owner) was great. He picked us up from the airport, gave us a quick tour and brought us to the condo which I’m glad of because it would have been challenging to find without him. He also found us a great deal on a golf cart and was ready whenever we needed him. The place is nice and just one condo away from the water. The master bed wasn’t the most comfy, that depends on what you like I guess. It just so happened that they were remodeling the condo adjacent to ours and it created some significant noise but there wasn’t much they could do about it. Those were the only struggles we had with the place. It is located very conveniently near numerous restaurants, a grocery store and ice cream shop. Sitting on the in front of the condo was ok but vendors would come by often and disturb you. If you stay in the yard a little further from the water this might not happen. The condo provided chairs for you to take to the beach. I found the numerous food shacks at night by the art square? To be a good way to eat on the cheap and good street food. The Victorian House is very nice dining but be prepared to drop $100-$150. I anticipate that we will be back again. Hope this helps.

Great location

Juan was a great host. Picked us up. The location is close to downtown. Place was clean, ac was ice cold good which was great. Though we had few issues with the bathroom lights and hot water. Juan was on hand to fix every time he was called. Would stay there again.

Right on the beach

This property offers a wonderful location right on the water and right in town. YYou won't miss out on anything here, and every morning you can start your day with a walk on the beach. It was difficult to communicate with the owner before I checked in, but once I was there, the property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Was very happy with the location and arrived with ease as the owner Bob met us at the airport in his golf cart to take us to our rental. Bob was very informative of the condo and how to work things, also the restaurants and bars within walking distance to us. Bob was prompt to help us with our needs and questions. Highly recommend this rental for it's cleanliness and comfort. We brought a small mixer for girly drinks and tea kettle. Would recommend getting a wine corkscrew however we were very accommodated with fresh towels, washcloths and even beach towels. We were able to take our chairs over to Ramon's resort to use their beach for swimming.

Great Location

The Good Location is fabulous the property fronting right onto the beach at the south end of town. It is not an ocean view property. Close to everything, shopping, restaurants,dive shops, beach bars. Who could ask for anything more? Bob is a lovely attentive host who even took us on a tour in of the Island one day in his golf cart stopping at his favourite local restaurant and a few other cool places. Bob also picked us up at the water taxi and dropped us at the airport on our way home. The AC and fans rock! The not so good. The place is dated and did not meet my wife’s very high expectations as to overall cleanliness. The place lacks a stove but has 2 very good induction cooktops that work well however, if you plug in both on high at the same time into the provided power bar it trips the breaker in the power bar. A simple fix was to plug one into another outlet to keep cooking. All and all good value for the $’s.

Perfect spot for exploring the island

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The location is ideal for exploring San Pedro. Walking distance to water taxi, restaurants, and right on the beach! Apartment was clean, fully stocked, and the host (Bob) went above and beyond for us. His communication was great, helped us get around, provided recommendations, and generally just a cool dude. If we get back to the island we will definitely stay here again.

Bob is a very nice and knowledgeable man. His place is nice and suited us just fine. He is right smack on the beach and right where you want to be to explore the town of san pedro. Thx Bob for a great affordable nice and clean place for our stay. If your not wanting to pay a fortune you need to stay here. I must mention JoJo, she is a neighbor and such a great lady, she also has alot knowledge of the area. We will stay again at Bobs place when we go back and we will definitely be visiting again. I am currently working on my properties in Honduras and Cuba but my favorite home is still this Condo. Of course I still manage to return to Texas once a year to visit friends and family,

Why they chose this property

The location is incredible and I didnt hesitate to buy it on first look. The complex is mainly owner operated with only a few spaces rented on long term. I wanted to make sure I would have a place to stay when on the Island so I opted for home aways shorter term solution. I think you will enjoy my Island home and the permanent residents who live there.

What makes this property unique

You will be greeted at the airport by my manager and friend of 20 years. She is delightful and invaluable in helping you with your indoctrination to the Condo and the Island in general. She is fluent in English and Spanish as are most of the San Pedroans. Excellent restaurants are walking distance away but should you decide to rent a Golf Cart, Your private covered parking space is in front of your door. If your stay is longer laundry and maid services can be provided at very reasonable rates, In short your needs can be taken care of with the quite privacy you are looking for, Enjoy your stay!
